The motel was near the town centre. Very easy to get about and see things. Good value for money and staff very friendly and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. On arrival the chairs outside our room where filthy and full of bird poo. So we therefore couldn't use them. Our room was dirty on arrival, the bathroom was disgusting. Marks on the wall, it definitely hadn't been cleaned properly. We stayed 4 nights and during this time our tea/coffee cups and other cutlery that we used were not cleaned. I am happy to clean it myself, but no washing liquid was provided. No cleaning service was provided other than changing of bins/towels and replacing the tea/coffee. Beds weren't even made! No extra pillows in the room either. During our stay a staff member was outside our room cutting a bush and smoking, which we could smell in our room. Extremely unprofessional! Only positive was the bed was comfortable. Mount Gambier is a beautiful place with many hotel options, I would recommend you stay elsewhere and avoid this filthy place!

Small hard bed dipped in the middle one pillow each. People smoking outside our room. dirty shower and taps would never stay there again. Pool furniture broken and ripped.

We wish you would have asked for the wifi information if you could not find it on the compendium in your room or did not see the sign on the front desk. Renovations were proceeding in the rooms until the pandemic halted so unfortunately all rooms have not been completed. We have taken your feedback on board and hope that you will stay with us again in one of the renovated rooms.

I love that there is big TV that can be seen easily from the bed I love that in Room 20 there was a pleasant outlook rather than the carpark I love that there is a microwave I don't understand why the crockery is kept in the microwave I would prefer 2 more pillows as there is no headboard. More pillows would make it more comfortable for watching TV. The property is looking tired and old and I understand renovations are in process. The gardens however, could be a little tidier.

Scary and icky.
The reception area is nice. Check in was fast and efficient. But the condition of the room is quite bad. There were cracked tiles and spider webs. There was also dead ants on the window ledge. It was actually quite scary and icky. Stay someplace else if you can.

No microwave. A tile in the bathroom to cover a burnt spot on the bench where you clean your teeth. The air con leaks water at door entrance which makes it very unsafe (slip hazard)

It was comfortable and convenient. It didn't have a restaurant due to upgrading so we were advised to use the pub down the road within walking distance... I wish we never went there, it was busy overcrowded overpriced and food was cold. Hurry up Red carpet and get those Renos done with your restaurant, please.

Terrible experience at this Motel, booked the room last minutes via Wotif. Room was very disappointing with dirty carpets, broken furniture, Door couldn't be locked from inside, dripping tap in the bathroom, dirty rusty electric kettle, toilet isn't flushing out properly. Weirdest thing was there is a door inside the room connecting room next door which couldn't be locked inside! Hotel manager had to find the keys as we demanded that needs to be properly locked. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy enough to check in to and reasonable enough for one night stay. Rooms need a bit of a refresh. Dripping taps, heating not working and had to move one Room due to the mouldy smell. Also, office hours on the door are not correct. Need to give them a heads up when you will need to access the office they are not necessarily there at the advertised time.
