It was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Due to construction in the area, it was inconvenient to access. One bad experience was a band that was practicing in the adjoining room at 9 pm, so we couldn't sleep. After filing complaint with the front desk, she called the room. When that didn't work, after a second complaint, she came up to the room to talk to them in person. The noise then stopped. Overall experience was okay.

The A/C was not working properly. Our room, hallways and gym were extremely hot and humid. The breakfast, however, was phenomenal.

Smoke alarm battery needed charging at 11PM. Room phone was completely not working even after the staff checked it. Toilets disgusting, roaches greet me in the morning.

I’m so disappointed. We arrived and service was great, room was as expected. It was clean - no issues. We stayed two nights. We woke up the day we were leaving and there were dozen baby German cockroaches all in the bathroom. I had woken up in the middle of the night because I felt something go across my arm. Although they weren’t these huge roaches, the thought of there being that many I was absolutely disgusted. Unfortunately we won’t ever return due to seeing these bugs.

I loved the property and the location, however the some of the staff was unfriendly and some of the breakfast equipment did not work.

Upon arrival check in was smooth, however I purchased a suite to accommodate 5 individuals and the suite smelled heavy of weed. It was a non smoking suite so we requested other accommodations. I was downgraded to double queen and since this would only accommodate 4 individuals the other adult in our party had to purchase an additional room at cost. I was not given any other options or offered a refund or credit since being downgraded in rooms. I am not happy at all with the customer service we encountered. The positive is the room was clean and breakfast was good.

Easy to access my room. Ten dollars was charged to my room abd anything I prchased from near the front desk would be deducted from that (I prchased a ginger ale) and the rest returned. So far that ginger alw codst $10.00. I would prefer they not assume we would purchase $10 of anything. Will I get my money back. Also my card would not open the door (either card) until I tried numerous times. It would turn green, but not click open. There were a lot of noise coming from the air/heat conditioning. A huge rumbling. Fortunately for me, I was exhausted from staying at the hospital with family the night before and extremely tired. The room was clean, designed great, and otherwise a great place to stay. I guess you give this room to Expedia guests and save money.

My husband and I stayed for a night on the 3rd floor. There were some noises from another room but we still had a decent sleep. The hotel was fairly clean except for a small dead mouse on the front walkway when we were bringing our stuff after checking in. It was gone the following morning. The staff were all friendly and efficient.

Great Stay
We had a great stay. The indoor pool was small, but nice enough for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked great. They offered a variety of breakfast options and the food was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

First, when we arrived and went through the side door where the pool was, the pool smelled like stagnate water, was cloudy green. Once we got off the ground floor in the elevator, it started getting hot, we were on the 4th floor, hot in the hallway. Made it to our room, it was musty and warm. We tried to turn the air lower hoping it would help. I was too exhausted to find another hotel so we tried our best to sleep, around 5am we couldnt handle the heat anymore and we were all getting really bad heaches so we left. Horrible experience and come to find out they charge $10 for a 16oz bottle of dasani water which is ridiculous because they couldnt run the air.

I would like to apologize for our ac being out, we have a unit that is on backorder. 2nd. We did NOT charge you 10 for a Dasani water. We place a 10 hold for incidentals when you book through a 3rd party. So you should have a credit back on your card for 8.
