Water ends up all over bathroom floor where the wall did not block. May be a fall issue for some. Even with bath mat down as it was also wet with the water. Overall, excellent review though."

"We had an amazing stay and were one of the closest homes to the park. House is very remote and secluded - I considered this a plus as we weren’t looking to go out to dinner, etc. Be sure to do your grocery shopping in Alamosa prior to arrival. Barb was super responsive and the home was clean and spacious. The back porch has perfect views of the mountains and sand dunes and the night sky is breathtaking with no light pollution! I highly recommend this if your looking for a quiet spot to get away...

I'm not a fan of the strict and inflexible approach used by Vacassa for managing this property including short cancellation window and trying to charge for extending check out time past 10 AM. Curious why owner doesn't work directly with VRBO."
