"We arrived late (early morning, 3am) and were promptly assisted with check in. They usually end check-in at 1am, but we called and Alex at the desk was more than accomodating. We didnt get a chance to tour the property, but keep in mind that the LONG walk from the parking garage gives you a nice tour of their beautiful event center. "The service was very good, all staff members were helpful, friendly and polite. We were checked in promptly and checked out no issue at all. The room needs some TLC but overall, it was clean and no issue. They even had a pet area for us to walk the dogs with poop bags provided! The area could use some mowing ;) Two suggestions for hotel which is breakfast needs improvement and the signage of hotel was a bit confusing as it was labelled Best Western till you drove up. More signage of the new name...
