When I arrived, I tried to call the front desk for over an hour to tell them my room was extremely dirty. They said they would have a housekeeping manager call me.. That never happened. I asked for compensation upon check out, they said it would have to come from the third party I booked through. Very upsetting!

Nice place to stay. Check in was a bit slow and took about 30 mins. But they really did care and gave us free parking and free WVU game tickets. So they went above and beyond to make up for the wait. Would stay again.
