Sería excelente incluir desayuno bufet en el costo de la habitación, aunque este se incremente en función del número de huéspedes. Excelente hotel y servicio, pronto regresaré!!!

A great place for families
My daughter and I enjoyed our 5 night stay so much we decided to stay two more nights. And you might feel the same. The grounds are beautiful, the pool just warm enough and the playgrounds great for entertaining children. The view from the room is lovely to wake up to and the rooms were clean. Every staff member was so kind. And the restaurant was delicious. There's a small store which is very convenient. I would highly recommend a stay at Aristos.

Llegamos en la tarde noche e hicimos uso del restaurante el cual el servicio a la carta no es bueno, la comida es insípida, no recomendable a pesar de que pedimos varias opciones ya que éramos varias personas y a ninguno nos gustó lo que pedimos a demás de compartirnos y probar cada uno, no hay teléfono en la habitación, tienen servicio de room sevice en el día pero no en la noche el cual es un servicio de noche. A la alberca le falta zonas donde podemos estar parados sin la necesidad de flotar.por lo que no saben nadar solo les queda el chapoteadero para poder ingresar a la piscina.

Es muy buen lugar para pasar el fin de semana, únicamente las camas son demasiado incómodas para dormir, deberían conseguir colchones mejores aunque suba un poco el precio

Come during the week and off season you will find peace and quiet, the cleanes is top notch. Grownds and pool is super clean. Wish restaurant menu will have more choices, bring a doggy bag because it closes early, bring your own hair dryer, wish to have a bigger mirror.. overall we like and we will return.

Over all the stay was good. Most of the employees were super nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Just a note: It's a gated hotel so if you call a taxi or uber, you have to let the front desk know and they will communicate with the front gate. I understand it, but it seemed like a bit much and bothersome to some of the front gate employees. I was there for a wedding so I was on and off the property frequently. Each time at the gate they'll ask for your room number and if you are returning.
