Lovely neighborhood, great host
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Montreal, and André and his property were a significant contributor to that. He was gregarious and friendly, great with the kids, and took the time to give us a fun little orientation of the neighborhood before leaving us to our devices. Waking distance to several nice restaurants and bakeries, as well as a nearby grocery.

Fabulous apartment in a charming neighborhood!
Two friends and I traveled to Montreal for the World Championship Figure Skating competition at the Centre Bell. The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen amenities and appliances were top notch. The bathroom was updated and very spacious.The apartment was very clean. Andre was an exceptional host. On our first day he stopped by to show us around and also answer all of our questions about the neighborhood and the best way to get around including where to buy our train tickets. I would highly recommend this property.

This is my second time staying in the apartment, I love it and would absolutely book again. It's so well-furnished with everything you need (adults and kids) and everything is available just outside the door. Quiet, too. We had a great stay!

Lovely apartment, great host!
This is a lovely apartment near Plateau Mont Royale. We were a 10 minute walk from the Metro and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. The place is a fantastic three bedroom apartment with everything you need including an amazing kitchen with an espresso maker! André was a great host. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and made us feel so at home!

Incredible stay in Le Plateau neighborhood of Montreal! Our host was wonderful and even had some groceries waiting for us since we arrived on New Year’s Day and everything was closed. Beautiful apartment with a well-stocked kitchen. My wife loved the Miele coffee machine. Very cozy and comfortable accommodations. Great neighborhood with practically everything you need on Laurier street. Host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions.

Wonderful apartment! Lovely people! Great neighborhood!
We fell in love with our week in this apartment, with wonderful hosts André-Bernard & Pepe, and with Laurier-Est. It's spacious, comfortable, beautifully equipped, incredibly clean, perfectly placed. André & Pepe could not be kinder or more responsive. Comfortable beds, wonderful bathroom, VERY well-equipped kitchen, and the balconies! The neighborhood is lively & full of bikes & families & students. Everything you need is within a couple of blocks, the métro is easily accessed, street parking is easy. It's very central for most sights that you'd want to get to, Vieux Montréal, the Botanical Garden, downtown, Parc Mont-Royal, Marché Jean Talon. There is a little street noise particularly in the morning and in the front bedroom, with delivery trucks—but we also had the windows open, and often the balcony door as well. I didn't find it bothersome. I honestly can't imagine a better, more welcoming, more comfortable place to stay.

Perfect for Families!
André's apartment in the Plateau was absolutely perfect for our stay - clean, comfortable, and quiet in the ideal location. The first thing I noticed was how child-friendly it is: children's dishes, 2 low beds, nothing for them to knock over and break, as well as a stroller. We loved eating our meals on the back patio just off the kitchen. It looks into a shared courtyard and side street (Rue Garnier) but was never noisy. When there were people in the courtyard and my child was sleeping I just closed the patio door and couldn't hear anything! Furthermore, André is an amazing host. They are friendly, helpful, and responsive. They even offered us games for the children, but we were having so much fun exploring the nearby parks, pools, and bakeries that we didn't have time for them! If you are considering staying the the Plateau this apartment is a fabulous option!
