The room was not at all as advertised. Overbearing smell of covering up smell. The walls in the shower were dirty and had hair on the walls from previous people. The floor was also very dirty. People hanging out in the front lobby and stairs was a little weird, felt uncomfortable. Staff was friendly.

Travelled from NS for a concert at the Bell Centre. Everything was a 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Clean bedding, comfy rooms, and hot water! Worth the second stay at this hotel, and should we ever return to the city, here is where we will stay again. Thank you again for keeping us warm and cozy !

Overall not a bad hotel and in a good location. Very quick walk to Bell Centre, quick walk to bus stops and other surrounding amenities. 20 minute walk to shopping areas and Eaton Centre. The hotel had a strange smell when we arrived and it carried through the whole hotel as we were on the 4th floor. Our room was fine. The bathroom had a few flaws, sink slowly drained, toilet took forever to fill back up with water so it only flushed every so often. There was old hair on the walls of the shower. Linens and towels were fine. Beds/pillows are comfy. Not a lot of lighting but wasn’t as issue with the amount of time we spent in the room. It was great to have a microwave/fridge/coffee maker in the room.
