The hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The AC did get a bit humid at night only, but during the day it was cold and great. Although we didn’t use the breakfast, it did look great. There was a Starbucks on the first floor which was a huge plus. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Was upgraded to a suite, with only one bed ( I needed two), the sofa bed had springs poking out, and they could not provide blankets to even use it

Krystal hotel over booked. They sent us to a different hotel. I was never notified until we got there. That is unacceptable. They should of sent an email letting us know what was the situation on a timely manner, we lost more than one hour to drive to the second hotel during peak trafficker time. The hotel we stayed is very clean. Nice area and service is awesome.

The ac from the lobby and restaurant did not work.
We went for dinner to the hotel’s restaurant and I ask for 3 different cocktails for the same dinner they couldn’t make them because they were missing stuff to prepare them, so I ask for a coke and they didn’t have that neither

Overall, this is a good hotel. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms located in a great location, close to Monterrey and San Pedro. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I liked that it was close to where I needed to go and the staff
I did NOT liked that the hotel was so dirty and looked old. I saw cockroach on the elevator next to the lobby. My room had stained walls. Also towels, pillows and blankets had stains and looked dirty (not really white). The AC was loud and made an even louder noice every time it started (i had it on auto). And the worst is that the day I was leaving I checked under the bed to make sure I was not missing anything and there was someone else's underwear. That confirmed to me that the hotel is not properly cleaned. I did not received a room upgrade (one of the reasons I booked there). Also I went to the pool and did not go in, the water was dirty.
