Room is decent. But property overall needs some renovation. Halls and elevator had no a/c so it was hot.

Stayed here for a business project trip for almost a month. Rooms are cleaned and serviced every day (wonder why the US can't do this!). Very comfortable rooms, and the beds are high-quality, right down to the sheets, pillows and comforter. Small fridge in the room, but no microwave (it wasn't an issue for me not having a microwave). Big walk in shower was a huge plus and quality toiletries were replaced every day (if used). 3 different lamps in the room with single or double bulb lighting (selectable with the two switches), so very good lighting in the room and large ample desk with good rolling chair for computer work. Floors are marble tile and cleaned every day by housekeeping, very clean and sanitary. A/C works great (thermostat is a wall mounted unit) and has only a low breeze-like sound when running; no loud buzzing or other noises I have gotten at some hotels with the below-window units. Staff is AMAZINGLY accommodating and get you anything you need asap. All hotel managers and associates speak excellent English, but housekeeping usually does not (but they are always smiling and greeting you in Spanish). Breakfast is high-quality food from eggs to yogurt and fruit, and is served by the hotel staff in the dining area with a smile. Coffee is ready daily downstairs by 05:30am, a big plus for me.
