We had a very stressful day with dr. appt. and went to the lounge for a cocktail and the servers were so polite, congenial and lifted our spirits. Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, despite the difficult issues of the day!

I loved every part of my stay here. Only downside was finding parking on the property close to our building/room. But considering the room they gave us we couldn’t complain about the distance/walk when we had to park farther away.

My daughter and I wanted to explore Monterey, Carmel and the surrounding areas and we picked the perfect place! From the time we checked in to the time we left we couldn’t have been happier. This hotel feels like a resort, with swimming, tennis, and children's games available to us. The restaurant was great, they also provide unique bonuses like smore's kits and sticks!! We definitely felt like the staff were friendly and there to take care of the things we needed.

It is quiet and beautiful property out of Monterey. I went with my family. It rained for all the days I stayed there. I only went to gym and it was good too.

The property has a great fireplace and the house keeping service is excellent. However, at check in the front desk wasn’t very pleasant. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t greet and was very impolite.

I meant to say that the Hyatt Monterey at the Del Monte course is one of the nicest hotels in the Monterey area, and a great value relative to what you receive. You get an iconic architecturally inspired building with modern rooms, beautiful view of the Del Monte golf course.
One thing that they could work on is better food options in between lunch and dinner meaning appetizers like shrimp cocktail a homeless plate things that are simple but apparently the kitchen is closed until 5 PM and that’s a bummer for people that are traveling from out of town on business, and what not I would like a snack in between dinner at lunch.
I wanted to go for a bicycle ride and went to the rentable bike rack, but it was an operative saying that there was no antenna to transmit authorization of my credit card and that was a bummer.
Parking fills up to full capacity and almost impossible to find a parking spot but there’s nothing that we can do that one.
Will I come back to the Hyatt Monterey and recommend friends and family for sure it’s fantastic.

I was here for the weekend because I had military training and I did not enjoy my stay. AT ALL. First off, the bed sheets and towels were so dirty that I had to request new ones. Second, I paid extra for the breakfast add-on. I thought it was going to be buffet or self serve style but when I got there, they told me it was like room service. So I ended up not getting breakfast and paid extra for nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. I stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott during my previous training and loved it. Their facility and customer service is waaaaaaayyyy better. I'm hoping to get some compensation for the extra breakfast add-on I paid for but never used. If not, I don't think I will book with any other Hyatt affiliations ever again.

I have reached out directly to Hyatt property regarding being overcharged (after hotel reception confirmed someone would reach out before we checked out) and I have not heard back during our stay or after my email to the company.
Property pool area could use a revamp - hot tub was chipping everywhere. It rained during our stay and all the floors were very slippery with no signs or rugs out. Prices were different between bar and coffee shop that are 2 feet apart.

After doing some research, it looks like we were able to reimburse you the difference of 25 from the Hahn wine that you purchased at Sea Root. I have mentioned this to our restaurant manager who will be taking action and bringing it to the restaurant director's attention. I believe the difference in price is due to the bottle being poured tableside but I am not 100% certain. The restaurant will be taking it from here and will be researching all other wines to make sure they are both within a reasonable price of each other. We stayed at Hyatt last weekend with my sisters. Our room was with the view on golf course. We loved it. Had breakfast at their restaurant. Great food options and buffet.
