“Extremely Satisfied”

I have to say that I was very impressed with the hotel room. They have a very nice setup for the complimentary breakfast. Also, this hotel is very close to downtown Santa Cruz. I'm a very happy customer and I will definitely go back.

“Hotel is OK”

We stayed for only one night and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the guy on the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly and took absolutely ages. Half way through our check in he started dealing with some other people who had walked up to reception and just left us, never said an "excuse me" or apologized. The breakfast was ok.

“Convenient, clean and very pleasant”

For a short trip to Santa Cruz in the off season this was a bargain for the quality. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, the breakfast was awesome and the staff friendly and helpful. The only downside is parking. The garage on the lower level was awkward to park in and filled quickly on a Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again but not necessarily at summertime prices.

I would tell people to stay at this hotel. Nice & Close to a bunch of eating places.

“Great Family Place”

We were there in the off season, during the huge storm that caused lots of flooding, but had a great time. The breakfast was perfect - eggs and bacon one day, pancakes and sausage the next. Every day had make-your-own waffles, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. Our room was the handicapped room, so I think the bathroom was probably bigger than average. It has clearly been remodeled recently. Our son slept fine on the sofa bed, and it was very nice having a fridge and microwave. We were by the ice/vending machines, but never heard anything. The Italian restaurant across the street was good, but a little pricey.

“Satisfied Guest”

The hotel rooms were more than we expected. The staff was very helpful and took very good care of us. We had 5 rooms and we had no problems. The breakfast provided was very good and there was plenty to eat. Very satisfied and we would stay again and also recommend to anyone.

Area recommendations

We were there for a wedding and did not get to do any site seeing. We live 45 minutes away and love Santa Cruz so this was not a travel destination for us but we highly recommend it to anyone who likes a coastal environment. There is so much to do and see.
