Has to be the best place to stay in Monforte de Lemos. Realize this is not a huge city. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everywhere in town, and the staff jeeps it very clean.

Top stay in Monforte de Lemos
We were late arriving because of a train delay, but our check in was very efficient and our room excellent. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was very good indeed, lots of variety and high quality.

Clean hotel, very modern. Only slight criticism is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which is unusual for a 4 star hotel. But all in all, a good hotel.

Not so bad
Surprised how nice the hotel was from where it was located. Was told by reception that laundry service was included free of charge, but it ended up being $30 for 1 load. Other than that I liked the place.

Small town. Access by car not possible unless you
the hotel is not accessible by car without knowing how to get there. No signage in the town. one way streets hard to figure

El precio y la instalación en general son acordes para el sitio que es. Incluso estaría perfecto si el precio incluyera desayuno aunque fuese básico.

Yo reservé una habitación de 2 camas y cuando llegué me dieron de una matrimonial donde , obviamente,no cabíamos 2 hombres adultos. Me dijeron que ya no tenían de 2 camas en esa categoría y me querían cobrar la superior. Sólo reaccionaron cuando yo ya me marchaba del hotel. Revisen las reservas y, si no tienen lo reservado, pueden contactar al cliente, avisar y devolver el importe pagado o anticiparse con una solución sin llegar a que se enoje a las 7 de la tarde
