"The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and very helpful. However, I did not feel safe during my stay, and in my opinion, it is not the right hotel for families."

"I overheard lots of guest complaining about mold in their rooms. My room was okay. You could tell the hotel is behind on upgrades and painting. The pool was okay. The pool needs a better cleaning system and the grounds around the pool needs to be redone. I didn’t make it to breakfast. The ice machines were all broken besides the 1st floor I believe."

"Our stay was not pleasant at all. There was a thunderstorm passing by and the power went out and it was not restored until Friday late afternoon. Our night was very uncomfortable with no rest at all, because there was no power to run the AC and the windows don’t even open to get fresh air into the room throughout the night or morning, nor able to take a shower. This was not how we wanted to spend our time in Chicago."
