"This is a stunning property - very spacious and modern. The bathrooms are larger than most in old buildings with all conveniences. The kitchen is also a very decent size and is well equipped. One small disappointment though was that there is a Nespresso coffee maker but no pods! Grocery stores are not readily available as this is a tourist area so I was unable to find anywhere to buy pods. There was some other coffee in a jar but it was a bit stale. "This was our first visit to Sicily and we loved every minute of our stay. Villa Silva is so well equipped and our welcome from the owners was so personal and their attention to detail was evident throughout. The facilities were superb and we just loved the pool and outdoor seating area and BBQ! The area has so much to offer but the highlight for us was relaxing in such a beautiful villa. "Fantastic accommodation with its own little beach, it was a joy to stay here for all the family. A short walk around the bay of the main beach takes you to useful shops and great restaurants but it was always nice walking back at dusk to the quiet location of the villa. "One of the best apartments we stayed in during our vacation. It is spacious, well-equipped, modern and spotless. The location, in the historical center of Modica, is ideal to explore the Val di Noto late baroque towns. Parking was not an issue, the city's parking app works fine and the rates are low. There are plenty of restaurants and food stores within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again."

"My wife and I enjoyed our month long stay. Perfect location for us, and we loved Modica and it's surroundings. There's no shortage of thing do do and see. The history is unparalleled, the food is to die for, and there's always the Mediterranean... "We booked to stay for 1-week but EasyJet cancelled our flights twice. Sadly our stay was reduced to 3 nights. Diego our host was amazing. On arrival, after a 5 hour drive he welcomed us with a home cooked meal and wine. His Sicilian breakfast was gorgeous. He couldn’t do enough to help us and showed us incredible generosity. If you want to get away from it all, stay in the Regusa countryside with easy access to the beautiful Baroque towns and beaches, then look no further. We’ll be back....

The pool needed a good clean. More kitchen equipment needed. As it was cloudy we had two days without hot water as the solar system wouldn’t work."
