The staff and roll was excellent. The thin walls allowed for poor sleep and the many unattended children and young people were unruly. I could clearly hear yelling, running, and conversation. The running water and other noise from wall-mates was too loud. The staff and location made this place welcoming.

Issue is not specifically with hotel property, it’s with Expedia. Upon arrival at hotel, 2 pre-booked rooms were not ‘received’ by the hotel as such they did not have our reservation. Very frustrating after a long travel day. Front desk staff Isaac wasn’t very helpful and was actually condescending as I tried to attempt to resolve the issue.

I have been struggling lately with stress. The hotel was very comforting to be in. The room was appealing and beds were so soothing. The hotel smelt very good which was different. Hot-tub felt great on a cold day. All around great experience

Disappointed to find that out of the two available elevators one was not functioning our whole stay, and the other was not functioning for the majority of our stay. Staff seemed unsurprised and said they get overheated!??? The nightly rate seemed too high to me for these kind of problems.

Wonderful stay
I loved the stay at this hotel it was super clean staff was amazing all the convenient places are around as well the beds are so comfortable I slept in and had to ask for a late check out 😊 staff gave me till 1pm which was more than enough time. Very elegant hotel

I will not be staying here again.
The room was worn, the floor edges were dirty, There was an old baby bottle under the couch. The window seal was dirty. We were there for 3 nights and not once did a housekeeper come to clean the room. I had to continually ask for towels. The complimentary breakfast was not good, the oatmeal was watered down, the eggs were watered down, the breakfast egg sandwich ingredients had propellant in it and is not healthy very unsafe.

Time to re up your hotel, and service game.
We've stayed at this hotel several times, and has been a nice experience, but you can tell it is time for renewing. Getting dated, and elevatrors are struggling. only one elevator was working while we were there, and the second night that one was broken and being worked on. Breakfast was Amazingly blah, even for what you would expect from a hotel breakfast. When we checked in, granted it was 9 45pm. No one at the front desk, I waited around coughed a few times, and a few minutes later a very sleepy inn keeper appeared by the name Izak, and was anything, but what you should expect someone in the hospitality industry to be he was clearly not happy to be disturbed from his nap on the job.

The sheets were obviously not changed from who was there before as we had fake nails in the sheets. The elevator were all broken. The breakfast was terrible.

My stay was excellent! Everyone was very nice! Very thoughtful! Very prompt on helping me with any issues that I had, Which were very few. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful well spoken. I will definitely come here again!!
