The rooms look nothing like the advertisement it reminded me of the old Motel 6 and it smelled like smoke. I had friends who stayed there and had a nice room who paid the same price.. guess it just depends what room they put you in but our room was horrible and not worth the price. I could’ve stayed in the same room at Motel 6 for 50 bucks.

We had a late check in. But checked in super fast and parking was right out side the door. Very spacious room. Bed was a little hard but that’s just a preference.

The entire area smell like cow poop. The ac smells like dirty socks. Keys didn’t work the first time and had to go down to remake the keys. Bad experience

We tried to check in at midnight after being at the emergency room for 5 hrs. We were told we could not use our debit card to pay, nor could we use cash. My husband and I don't use credit cards. We travel a lot and have never been refused from getting a room with our debit card. Keep in mind we've stayed at this motel several times before and did not have a problem. We knew something was different when there were multiple people out in the parking lot sitting in motel chairs smoking weed.

I reserved a double queen room for my business associate and I. When we checked after traveling all day they only had a king room. Worst night of sleep ever, luckily there was a pull out couch. Also, trrrible traffic noise from the freeway all night.

Absolutely awful staff and broken tv and broken shower/ tub, water leaked out all over the floor. My two children (4&5) almost slipped and fell from all the water. I was unable to take a shower myself for fear of water leaking down to the first floor room below me. When asked for another room there were none available no refund and no manager on site. Unbelievable and not helpful at all.

There were construction workers staying there and they were up all night being loud, slaming doors and breaking glass bottles in the parking lot. They only accept major credit cards and not a debit card. The room was clean.

Jacuzzi was not turned on so it was cold; after I called and asked prior to booking if it was open. Was filthy had band-aides, tissue, and degree was floating around and the pool was worse. They don’t keep up that area for sure. Rooms were surprisingly clean though.

We did not check in. We travel quite a lot, and this was the worse experience we have ever had. We got to the hotel to check in and the rudest person I have met asked us what our name were. It seems like they over booked, and he told us that they did not have a room for us. This was at 11:30 PM. I froze, all he said was when he came in at 11pm, he was told that there was a booking error and they overbooked. We received NO email, TX, or phone call to advise us of the problem. He didn't try to help us find another hotel, just stood there looking at me. We check all the hotels in the area, and they were all booked. By the time we finished it was 2am. We had a meeting the next morning that we had to cancel, because we had to sleep in our car. I will never stay at a BEST WESTERN again, especially in Turlock CA.

Majority of outlets in room didnt work, door had to be pushed with force to open, super old carpet therfore it smelled. No extra blankets or pillow for foldable coach. Wall mounted hair dryer didnt work. We rented the 2 most expensive rooms thinking we'd get better quality. One room had a jacuzzi but no closet!! What?? Had no where to hang our steamed pressed clothes for next days wedding. Will not retuen there. Oh we stood in front counter easily 5-7 minutes before anyone came out. Not the nicest treatment. He looked like he waa forced to be there. In the morning, during breakfast was in line as a 4 slot toaster had 2 working slots only for all guest.

Quiet Convenient Nice Room
Always have a good night’s sleep at the Orchard. Quiet location on the outskirts yet only 1.5 miles to a shopping center with stores and restaurants. The a/c controls have a constant fan setting you can use to create white noise. Fridge, microwave, coffee, ironing, cable tv, wifi.

Best Western in Turlock
We enjoyed staying at the hotel especially in the air conditioned room with outside temp over 100. Service was great, room was excellent, and we will return next year. Thank you for the pleasure of staying at your hotel.
