Extremely dated, what they tried to fix was not well done the caulking was thick and sloppy, staff relatively courteous, the grounds were unkept, the pool cracked and disgusting and not operable. The price was high considering the conditions. Location was the best part

We walked in and walked right back out! Staff number that greeted us was nice and that was pretty much the only good thing I have to say about this property. Pictures do not accurately represent what rooms or the facility looks like. Pictures had to have been taken at least 10 years ago and that’s being generous. I would be surprised if it has EVER been remodeled. I checked in, brought my family in and up rickety stairs since there is no elevator. Once in the room, we sat down, took a good look around and got up and walked out. In any normal circumstances and not a tourist town this hotel would be rented by the hour. I should’ve definitely read the reviews before booking this room, but as I said the pictures do not accurately represent what the property truly looks like. Buyer Beware- do not book.

the staff were nice but it was not very clean at all, the bed sheets and comforter had stains, the night stands were not cleaned, the bathroom was clean but very small. The pool was also closed.

Property is old and bathroom is small. B’fast area is small and food choice is limited. Hotel should limit number of pets allow in a room. Our next door couple had 2 mid size dogs in their room barking.

Outdated. Toilet did not flush well. Room was clean and served its purpose. The Guy at counter was a nice guy, however he did give us a room already occupied, which we didn’t know until we opened the door and scared the hell out of the lady in there. Honestly if you just want a bed and shower, that is clean then I say go. I will probably stay there again for the price.

This hotel really needs a full update. The bath dripped through the entire stay, both sink and toilet drained slowly, and the in room fridge was quite loud. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but other hotels for the same price in Moab are much better value.
