Everything was great about this motel except the parking with a trailer. They have 3 spaces up front for it but it is hard to maneuver in and out of it.

The pillows and the bed were soooooo uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep!!! We drove down the area the night before we took our kids to great America … we live about 2.5 hrs from… and I would have gotten more sleep if we stayed home and left early in the morning.. we both were sooo tired… also the floors were kinda odd.. and metal box frames which my kids found very funny and would kick and be loud which I could only imagine how loud that could have been for other people

Staff not friendly. Toilet was plugged and they made us go to office and pick up plunger to do ourselves.
We waited over 20 mins to check in, before someone came out to help, and was very rude. We will not be staying here again

I was changed to multiple rooms here. Shower didn’t get hot in one. Heater not working in other. Also had ants & spiders. Harassed over and over again about not smoking in room when I clearly picked none smoking room intentionally!

It was a great location. The rooms had more to offer than expected. For example a fridge and microwave and spacious layout.
