“Nice service, hotel in need of renovation”

This could be a nice boutique hotel, it's small and cozy and in a central location. Rooms are charming, but overall carpeting is old, soiled along the corridors, elevator decor damaged in places. Service is very nice, wish they decided to renovate the hotel and also put in a small gym. Used to be a wonderful five star.

“Fantastic Experience”

This hotel is top notch. Everything was perfect from the room itself to the service. I forgot some reading material in the lobby and the staff had put the books aside at the reception for me to pick up. The room itself was perfect. The light and curtain functions are automated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was of a good size and spotless. Fantastic extras including a great bathrobe and slippers as well as the nice smelling shampoo and hand soaps. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Nice but expensive”

Hotel is good, but don't take any notice of its rating ~ its not the same as the UK and in my opinion it's a 3/4 star Hotel. The hotel is expensive for food and drinks, so bear that in mind if you go to the bar! Otherwise staff are very friendly and helpful. Good standard of decoration in the hotel.

The Castello Sforza is well worth a trip at 3 euros, spend time in the park afterwards

used to be a little jewel, it is now ran down, soiled carpets, damaged elevator tapestry, overall not a good feeling.

“Not a Five Star from any angle.”

Extremely small rooms. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel from any angles.

“Not really 5 STARS.”

Location--OK, not great. Breakfast buffet--below par, for "5 STARS". No decent view from any room. Staff is very gracious and accommodating...they called a car service (Mercedes S500) that charged only "taxi" fare to airport!

Must see Milano Dumo plus neighboring mall and visit the Castello Sforzesco "castle" (it has a GREAT museum!).

“Return Customer”

I am so happy we stayed here. The locations is A1 Excellent. Within the Center of the city. You can walk to so many places if you like. It is nice and cozy hotel that offers that special touch, that you find missing from the big hotels.
