“Poorly maintained motel, staff unhelpful & rude”

This is a poorly maintained motel. It was marginally clean and had an overall offensive odor. The staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. We almost got run over twice by the maids pushing their cleaning carts down the hallway. They had little reguard for people walking in the hallway. The value to cost ratio for this motel was very low. I suggest booking elsewhere in Odessa.

“If you pick this hotel.........You are stupid”

Okay..... Well my daughter was in a softball all star tounament and one day we were leaving the hotel and there were a bunch of cop cars around the hotel..... and turns out that SWAT team had been there because there was some compaints of crack smell on the 3rd floor.... and a man tried to jump of the building... this hotel is crazy.... if I ever come back to odessa i know what hotel NOT to stay at if you were smart you will not stay in this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!

“Dirty and smelly”

Hotel smelled of smoke the moment we walked through the front door. The sleeping area looked clean at first, but the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. The room smelled badly of cigarette smoke.

“Not impressed”

The room was not cleaned. Asked for another room and was told there were none available. There was no soap in the bathroom, the toilet still had feces in it, the bed was not changed - the sheets were balled up under the comforter. Never seen a more disgusting hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Slept on the chairs because just needed to sleep!

“Look for local Inns...They are cheaper and can't be worse”

Customer service was nice but that couldn't make up for the condition of the room. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage with a hole the size of my fist and moldy painter tape hanging from it. Carpets were scary to walk on and the carpet had crushed popcorn on it which was slightly under the bed. The bed and pillow were more than I expected and the fixtures seemed somewhat updated but unfortunately the bones of the place was disgusting. Get a maintenance man this place could be alright.
