"Booked this hotel for one of our technicians traveling to the area for work. This was actually the second time we stayed here because the first visit wasn't bad, so we decided to book it again. Unfortunately, this stay was a completely different experience.
The room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana that made it extremely difficult to sleep. Our technician did not get adequate rest because of the constant odor throughout the night. I'm not sure if we were given this room because we redeemed my banked points for the stay, but regardless, the experience was unacceptable.
This is not a luxury hotel, and we weren't expecting one, but a clean, odor-free room is a basic expectation. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and not worth repeating. We will not be returning to this location."
