"I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned. There were towels left on the floor, the bed had not been made, and the room appeared to be still occupied or recently used.
I returned to the front desk and explained the situation. The staff was friendly, understanding, and promptly provided me with keys to another room . Unfortunately, the second room was similar condition and was also not properly cleaned.
In addition, there was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, which made the environment even less comfortable.
Given these issues, I decided no to stay at the hotel and left shortly afterward.
I have called Expedia and received a full refund.
