The communication with the property managers was poor. I did not receive the door code until after 10PM when I arrived and had to ask. The building reception tried to call an no one answered the phone.

Check in took a long time . The apartment was dirty , refrigerator , toilets weren’t working properly. No water for a whole day I couldn’t do anything . To get in contact with the property or owner was very difficult . No cleaning service during my stay . I do not recommend it.

We have provided you several contact #'s in the check-in instructions, yet we did not receive these complaints during your stay. We could have resolved the issues you were having during your stay if you have informed us. Everyday cleaning during your stay entails an additional charge, and you have to inform us ahead if you wish to have cleaning service during your stay. Your reservation includes only an exit cleaning. We are always available to our guests and see to it that your vacation in our beautiful home is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. But then again, thank you so much for leaving a review, this just means that our units still have room for improvements. I assure you that your future stay will be even more enjoyable!

there were hidden fees like crazy. they tell you every additional fee you need to pay after the fact the first purchase of the room was made. no communication between resorts and owners of room. some rooms don’t come with free parking, we had to do valet parking every night but the parking lot for valet was 100 feet from the front. i could have parked it myself for less money, also needed a deposit to be able to play billiards $100. never going back again !!!!!

When you processed your reservation, you have all the options to choose whatever you wanted to book. Also, our page in Expedia had laid all the information you need to be aware of like cancellation policy for refundable and non-refundable options, extra person fee, resort fee, and even security deposit. Thus, everything is stipulated and there are no hidden charges. You will also be routed to the last page to review your reservation prior clicking on the button to complete your booking. Furthermore, you were advised that you can cancel but it's a 100% charged reservation; hence, this was the non-refundable option that you have chosen. As what we have informed to the Expedia representative who called us regarding your request, we have actually granted you a free of charge for modification only as this was a non-refundable reservation. We have allowed you to modify the extra person that you have mistakenly added as per your claim. Again, we're grateful for the feedback and hopefully this has cleared whatever confusions you may have pertaining your reservation.

The suite was comfortable and had everything we need it The staff was very friendly. The pool site was excellent and my kids enjoyed it very much. Overall we it was a pleasant stay at this condo apartment. We would definitely stay there again

We actually have our staff who will guide and assist the guest in checking in during the day. Also, check-in instructions are sent to the guests prior their arrival once they have completed the online check-in. This check-in instructions contains your unit number, door code, and all other information that is essential to the guest. carefree and relaxing
the check-in process was very simple and the landlord was quick with answers to questions or solving minor problems. I spent three nights here with my two children and we had a great time. the only drawback was the beach is across a major street and there is no close touristy places to walk to and enjoy. we had a rental car and drove to many places. there is a really nice mall near by Aventura mall. Overall I would book this trip again and recommend it to friends.

We can get you great discounts at World Class Restaurants and you can even request for us to pre-shop for your groceries etc. upon arrival of your stay. One parking space is included with all of our rooms, except for our studio condo's - in which there is a Valet option of only $5/night. We hope to welcome you back again soon!! Thanks again.

Terrible Nigh in Sunny Isle
after a prepaid reservation thought Expedia I arrived to this place after a long fly at 11:30 pm with a pass code I try It and did not work , we try to contact their 24 hours Customer service number and nobody answer for 2 hours meanwhile its 2:am and I'm out on street without a hotel to sleep , I contact Expedia and they try to reach this condo customer service for 2 hours without any luck , them I call a friend a 4am and he allow me to crash at his place , next morning I call Expedia again and they advise me to go back with a new code , we try many times with 3 differents codes with not results them after 2 hours trying different acces codes , I open the place with my surprise that someone was sleeping there already , again they ask me to talk with their management without any results . I don't recommended this place to anybody because they are irresponsible, they were rude and the place is ugly and dated , those guys really ruin my complete weekend , because at 4 pm Saturday I have to get a hotel paying primiun price .

Great Condo for a Great Get a Way
This was a great condo. It was very clear and modern. The listing states it can sleep up to 5 but it actually can sleep much much more. Either way it's child friendly place with a child bed and everything. The condo is centrally located in a beach semi downtown area. It comes with a parking space in the garage or valet parking. Neighbors were quite and we always got a restful sleep every night. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Close to the beach
When I first got there had to go to the office which was five minutes away for my deposit I did not want to check in online and put my credit card out there like that. The lady that was there didn't even say hello, how are you doing, how was your day. It was like she was having a bad day or something. It almost felt like I was actually bothering her. I didn't feel welcome. Only reason I'm putting three stars the stars are actually for that unit that we stayed in it was nice quiet comfortable but the sofas was very dirty and had damage on all corners of the sofa especially the AC vent in the bathroom had so much dust I mean it was like It had a pound of dust in it, I'm not kidding. I did send pictures to them to show them about the sofas because I did not want to get charged for any damages or stuff like that from the $500 deposit that I gave them. Only protecting myself. You would think that someone will go upstairs with you when you check-in and show you the unit to make sure everything is OK but that didn't even happen we had to go upstairs to get the key which are wristbands not keys come back down stairs to check in didn't make sense to me. The only one that greeted us was a guy with a white shirt I think he was the manager and like I said the only one that said have a great stay. I had a great experience from the minute I arrived to the building to the last minute I left the apartment, the agency lady was texting and calling me to make sure everything is oky with me and if there is anything I need to while my stay... I loved the apt with the gorgeous view loved the people . I will definitely recommend everybody to go there

Cleanliness and Comfort was adequate. Made the best of a non-cancellable non-refundable situation. There was some tough spots between hotel management/condo owners as things weren't always in sync. Great service from Hotels.com though, nothing negative against them.

Not Convenient for Business travel
This was in logistical nightmare. All aspects of my stay were overly complex, and far too inconvenient for business travel. First off you are staying in someone's apartment. There are no amenities, and while the apartment itself was clean and nice, entire experience was awful. The parking situation is complex, the check in experience was awful, and there is contrstruction in a nearby property that went on until 3am.

So filthy we left i want my $ back!
Filthy! Stinky! Feces on bathroom wall! Left after making list of 15 cleanliness problems. Trying to get money back from Expedia for room and EroRentals for charge to the credit card they took on check in. EroRentals said it was a hold. Bank said they took the money.

Disappointing
The furnace in the room did not work. We ended up having to turn the oven on to heat the room. I called the owner and she said she would call me back to let me know if the repairman could come that night. She never called. The repairman came the next day and could not get it working. Two very cold nights. In the bedroom, some of the curtain blind strips were missing so you there was no way to cover the windows for privacy or to block the light. The check in process is shady. The paperwork says if asked to say you are a guest of the owner. You have to scan your license and credit card and upload them to their website before they will send you check in instructions and a key code. The door has a key code box. I wonder how often the code is changed. There is no daily cleaning service. I booked this on Orbitz.

Hidden fees, West Florida

Nice room.
What they don't tell you in "fine print" is their advertised price ($79.00 per day) also includes $24.00 per person and other hidden fees. After I booked this room thinking it would be under $100, it cost me $260.00 for one night. Plus, they took $500 for a deposit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dear Guest! The difference in cost for the 1 night was not only the extra person fee but the cleaning fee. Since these are condos from 1000 to 1500 sq ft, they require a lot of cleaning crew to get cleaned up professionally. We also accomodated you at that rate for over 7 people making it much more affordable than requiring 2 hotel rooms. We require the $500 damage deposit as a hold on your card as most hotels do to ensure that no items get damaged and return it back on your card shortly after your stay when the unit is inspected with no damages. We do thrive for good customer service so please contact us so we can make this up to you and do what it takes to deserve a better star rating. Beautiful apartment, great view
I stayed in the 1 bedroom oceanview. It was beautiful. Everything was clean and very nicely furnished. They had everything we needed to make it feel like home all we had to buy was food. The view was great and we were right across the street from the beach and a few minutes from the mall. The Erorentals staff was super helpful and personally called to make sure I had all the info I needed to have a smooth check in. They even let us get a late checkout without an additional charge. Overall it was a great stay

they are ahead of hotels in customer service..
booked the Ocean View 3 Bedroom Condo by EroRentals at this property it was a privately owned unit but we decided to give it a shot because the price was cute for a 3 beds plus a wonderful location. SOMETHING AMAZING i've never had before happened when i got a text on my phone from the management addressing me by name and welcoming us to the unit and on top of that asking if we need anything! i dont think this was a robot because i texted back out of curiosity and they responded immediately LOL..when i got in the unit there was more than enough space for us with different beddings in each room which was very flexible for a group of people. there was also a full kitchen. i was kinda worried cuz the reviews said some had a dirty room but mine was very nice and neat. and i got another text later asking if i needed anything and how i would rate my stay etc...i mean it's not a hotel but it has everything..the gym the pool and walking distance from the beach..the only thing tho is the wifi went down and i called EroRentals and one of them SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR WITHIN AN HOUR!!! she was friendly and helpful and showed me the extra linens in the closet and everything... wasnt expecting much bc we had our plans and just needed a place to stay but it turned out that it all went beyond my expectation.

Terrible Experience! Staff friendly, but not very helpful! Parking was terrible! And tried to take my deposit for turning the key in at the front desk, rather than in the unit!, Even there were no directives given! Toilet inn the unit didn't wish! Don't book there!

Hi Neal, Sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience. Since this a condo building, the owners have strict policies with keys left inside the unit as they often get lost at the lobby security. We left these directions for you in the checkin instructions that were emailed along within the Welcome Guide that was left for you on the kitchen counter. If there were issues with the toilet, we would have had our plumber up at the property immediately. We want to make this right for you so please contact us so we can offer you something for your next visit and we truly hope to regain your trust again!

This is not a "hotel"
After I complete the online payment and booking and received confirmation "no need to call or confirm!" from Travelocity, I drove from Orlando to Miami and had no access to my emails. When I get to the oceaview my surprise is that the guard at the front desk said that if I don't get a code from the property manager (who is not located in the building) I can't access the apartment, after a few calls I finally found out that the apartment is managed by a third party company which did not confirm the booking as they needed a copy of my credit card in order to provide the access code. With a toddler and almost midnight I had not many options so I send the photo of my card via email and finally got access. On the top of everything the unit was confirmed for one night instead of two and the following afternoon the other guests opened the apartment door (yes they gave them the same code). it was an awkward situation for both and at the end my family had to vacate the apartment and move to another place. I have to highlight the cleaner came at the same time we left around 5pm after the property manager found out the situation. The unit and facilities are good, however my experience with management was pretty bad.

Eleana I apologize for the confusion with your reservation. Because we manage many units we do have strict procedure for finalizing reservations to decrease fraud. You had a last minute reservation that prevented us from getting everything complete prior to your arrival. I still am not sure how or why your reservation only came through as one night if you booked for two and I do apologize for any inconvenience. Not what it seems CAREFUL!
This is not a hotel! We were told to access through a service elevator, to lie about the room we were staying at, advice not to go through reception and use a code to access room that could not be changed!!! Therefore, everyone could access the apartment! It was dirty, towels with holes, dishes were not clean. I believe someone unauthorised to rent the condo gave access to the place. Terrible experience, of course we had no were else to go so we used the reception and did not used service elevator as advice and did let them know our correct room number. Expedia should look into carefully before listing these places! I have complaint, was told to receive an answer in 24 hrs., never did. Hope at least someone may be able to read this and avoid going to this place. Expedia did not answer or gave me refund. Total Desaster!

Este condominio en la playa tiene reglas muy estrictas. Jamás te sentirás de vacaciones allí. Mi experiencia fue terrible. Apto 307 no tenia luz en la cocina y la puerta al balcón no abre. Me fui a pasar solo una noche porque nos gusta levantarnos temprano y sentarnos en el balcón a tomar un café disfrutando el aire del Mar, eso no pude hacerlo. Llame a las personas correspondientes y solo se ocuparon de hacerme video llamada para no resolver nada en lugar de mandar a alguien para que lo arregle. El sábado en la tarde fuimos a la playa y tuvimos que salir corriendo porque comenzó una tormenta, cuando llegue al edificio la muchacha en la recepción nos obligó a salir y dar la vuelta por detrás porque no puedes entrar mojado, jamás vi semejante cosa en un hotel. Aún estaba lloviendo muchísimo y ella nos hizo dar la vuelta. Y para terminar algo peor aún, en esa propiedad te cobran un fee de 40 dólares por darte una manilla( que es gratis en cualquier hotel) y un control remoto para abrir el garaje y las puertas del edificio. Es algo que jamás vi en ningún lugar. No recomiendo este lugar.

Ya informamos el estado de la unidad a nuestro administrador de la propiedad y tenga la seguridad de que todos los problemas mencionados anteriormente se resolverán de inmediato. Lo que sucedió en la playa y en el hotel fue incontrolable y la recepción o el personal tenían sus propias razones por las que lo dirigieron a una entrada alternativa en el edificio. En cuanto a la tarifa de hotel de 41, es por el clicker del garaje pero también por el acceso al resort y a las comodidades. ¡Apreciamos sus comentarios y nos dará la oportunidad de hospedar su estadía nuevamente en el futuro!
