after a prepaid reservation thought Expedia I arrived to this place after a long fly at 11:30 pm with a pass code I try It and did not work , we try to contact their 24 hours Customer service number and nobody answer for 2 hours meanwhile its 2:am and I'm out on street without a hotel to sleep , I contact Expedia and they try to reach this condo customer service for 2 hours without any luck , them I call a friend a 4am and he allow me to crash at his place , next morning I call Expedia again and they advise me to go back with a new code , we try many times with 3 differents codes with not results them after 2 hours trying different acces codes , I open the place with my surprise that someone was sleeping there already , again they ask me to talk with their management without any results . I don't recommended this place to anybody because they are irresponsible, they were rude and the place is ugly and dated , those guys really ruin my complete weekend , because at 4 pm Saturday I have to get a hotel paying primiun price .
