"As a person that loves to stay in south beach, this was a change for me. Downtown Miami is busy though. YOTEL and Yotelpad are in the same building. Check in was easy. They had kiosk on arrival and we were able to check in early. They have robots to bring items to your room. I thought that was cool. Rooms were nice, huge washer/dryer, stove, fridge and freezer. I really liked that you had to swipe your key to move around hotel, felt safer that way. However the carpet in the hallway needed some...

"It was a quick two night stay, the property was easily accessible, quick and seamless check in, parking was easy and the room was very clean! The beach was just a short walk and they had chairs, umbrellas and towels available! The young men at the beach set everything up they were courteous and very helpful! Other than the windows in the unit being very dirty everything else was great!"

"My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The location is close to everything, shops, beach and walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The staff is professional and always amazing. The location is private and offers many options for larger families. Price is great! "

"Within a mile of Bay Front Park. We didn't have a car during our stay, but there were plenty of amenities close (the apartment offered a full kitchen), and a row of food trucks we could see from our room, coffee shop in lobby of W hotel, Whole Foods a short walking distance among a shopping mall. Apartment was very spacious with full amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher), walk out balcony. Host was very responsive and we felt safe during our stay. "

" PH-04 had a nice partial view of the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. Only hiccup with the room I had was that the upper deck had zero shade during the day. Was great for my wife, but I had to hide down stairs. Would definitely book it again. "
