“superb staff”

Excellent beachfront position and the staff throughout the hotel were top class.Unfortunately the spa was closed for refurbishment and the pool area water features were not operational.Our room,a junior suite,was superb with great views.Good local restaurants..paticularly the Italian and Indian directly opposite the Hotel.The free shuttle bus works well....South Beach being a must visit...One slight negative was the air con. in the bar and public areas..far too cold for any sort of comfort...the lobby bar was unusable..the comment was made by several people.The beach is great and overall the hotel is very good...the staff being the jewel in the crown!
