Location is good near Brickell mall , 6 mins walking , if you have a dog, there is almost nowhere to let them out , especially if it is a female. Plenty of restaurants around .

The hotel is great but not worth the money. To over priced for one night. Its a high end area but still there is another Marriott a few blocks away and for one night at the AC we could have had 2 nights at the other Marriott for less or we could have had 3 night nights at the Embassy suites which we did stay at after our cruise. To sum up, way over price for what you get, breakfast was not even included but we took it anyways and didnt pay, no one was monitoring the buffett.

Stay there from 17 to 20 for my birthday the staff was amazing especially the Manager Mellissa she such a gem she made me feel welcome and special , I ain’t going to lie the room is nice the whole hotel is beautiful it’s close by food places , club etc I would recommend.

Nice hotel. But if you have a dog, i would recommend looking elsewhere. They maybe pet friendly but the area your staying is not. No grass, and extremely loud due to nearby clubs. Also there is a $40 a day fee to park that is not included in the pricing. Furthermore to get your vehicle you have to give them 30 minutes notice and it is strictly valet.

AC Hotel is OK
The MetroRail borders the hotel so you hear it from 430 am until 130 am. The pool is only 2.5 feet deep. The bar is boring inside...no televisions and no entertainment. Room was comfortable.

This is my third time staying here & it’s a better experience each time. The staff is always amazing. Tatiana and Halena took great care of me at the pool bar. The young lady who check me out this afternoon, was very helpfu, she noticed that I had a Bonvoy membership that I wasn’t using. I downloaded the app right after. Great customer service.

Very noisy! Metro next to hotel every 20 minutes, ac fan is very very loud! Other guests yelling in hallway at 2:00 am. - not courteous or mindful of other guests. Other negative is pillows are paper thin and not conducive to good nights sleep. Mattresses very comfortable

The AC is a beautiful hotel…BUT I knew there was a problem when they left complimentary ear plugs in your room. The walls are made of paper. You hear everything. From adjoining rooms flushing the toilet, your neighbors talking in their phones , the trains, the cars on the street….everything. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were worse. I left a day earlier just to get some sleep somewhere else.

The hotel itself is lovely, everything else was average or below. For some reason been charged 2 nights valet parking after only staying there for a single night, plus all the taxes associated with this. I've contacted the hotel so hopefully this can be fixed. The bill itself is a little confusing on first inspection, once been walked through it all did make sense..... just. If you want a drink from the bar your options are limited as they seemed to be out of stock of basically everything. For some reason booking through expedia meant the hotel couldn't see I had booked breakfast and I had to go round and round the hotel to try and sort this.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel does not offer airport shuttle service...other than that it's a great hotel to stay at........again it needs to urgently introduce shuttle service. The hotel manager (Melessa) is the most pleasant, helpful and accommodating individual I've ever met in the hotel business at her managerial level. How she was all that while remaining assertive is beyond me......she's good.
