"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "

"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. Grosvenor hotel stay

"Great value especially for single travellers. Rooms small but with everything you need. On street parking is £2.50 for after 9 pm until 9am. For those with limited mobility DO need to check location of room as there is no lift and we were on the 4th floor. We managed ok but wouldn’t want to climb stairs too often in 1 day! I would definitely recommend this hotel though, pleasant helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable. "
