"This is a magnificent home on the beach at Merimbula. Very large and modern. Superbly furnished with every possible convenience. A large outdoor deck, bbq, and heated pool are the hub of activity. Walk down to the beach or up to the cafes and close to everything in the region. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend it fully."

"Easy to find with excellent method to get key. Large car park (we have a large car with 4 adults travelling) and excellent washing machine plus dryer. Upstairs had a wonderful set up and allowed us to have the space for both couples to have privacy. Equipment in kitchen was great and we were all very pleased."

"We loved our stay in the retro beach house. We cannot fault the house, the house or the process. It might have been because of nearby roadworks forcing more traffic along the street, for our stay the road out the front was busy and noisey especially with the windows all open for some fresh air. We would definitely consider staying again if back in Merimbula."

"We , my family of 4, and family friend , another family of 4 - 8 in total , had a wonderful 6 night stay at Rosies. The property was well presented with everything we needed to cook family meals for a mass of kids, great layout for a large group. Could commune together when we wanted to and retreat for privacy as well. Fantastic to have towels and linen provided , especially travelling from Melbourne. Kids had fun with the games provided, seeing we were trying to limit screen time during the...

"A very relaxing stay with a big beautiful (fenced) back yard for our dogs. We enjoyed exploring the area including Pambula and their stunning off leash dog friendly beach. We had sunny days out and afternoons in with drinks and bbq on the verandah with a view. The comfy couches and massive tellie were a hit. We'd love to come back to beautiful Merimbula."

We were an 8 person group for a one week stay, unfortunately we have feedback regarding some features of the property. - ants were present everywhere. We were cleanly and not leaving food out. We had to purchase antrid ourselves for management of this including regularly taking the bins out. - minimal provisions were provided such as garbage bags (2 provided), dishwashing tablets and laundry powder & toilet...
