The hotel is in the perfect place. It is clean and the staff is very nice. One thing was the shower. We hardly got any water from the shower head. We had to stoop down to wash our hair with a faucet.

Perfect location and awesome staff! So accommodating! We had top floor location and it was perfect for viewing the beach and promenade! The only slight, and i wouldn’t call it a problem, was you have to wait a bit for hot water from the shower… but everything else makes up for it!!!

Pros: We opted for the junior suite. The view is amazing from the balcony. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to issues. Cons: no water pressure for showers. It’s on the busy corner so it can be really loud at night.

The hotel is clean and very comfy. We rented the junior suite wich has a small.kitchen. It did not have a coffee maker. But many choices for breakfast in the vecinity for breakfast. Also, no parking lot. Wich is a common theme with about all the hotels in progreso. We parked in the street and were there for 3 night. Car was perfectly safe, the town in incredibly safe. Truly enjoyed it.

although the location was conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful the room was not nearly as nice as it looked in the picture it smelled like sewage, and it was extremely noisy in the evening

Basic and clean. No water in my room yet I saw other rooms where they did supply water. Could have used a coffee pot and some dishes and cutlery as there was a microwave and a fridge. On the beach with a view was very nice. Made up for any shortfalls. Would stay there again

Property is in a great location, across from the beach and directly on the Malecon. Staff were most helpful. Had a junior suite, which had too much furniture for the space, and while it had a kitchenette, it didn’t have much in the way of cookware, and no dish cleaning supplies.Bathroom had nice big shower with intermittent hot water, and bathroom sink didn’t have hot water or a light over the sink. Can be a bit noisy with music at all hours and not overly soundproof. Still, for a short stay it is fine, near lots of places to eat.

This is a great simple, clean, older, no frills hotel. There is no elevator. The ocean front rooms have a lovely view of the ocean. The pier is impressive, the area is safe, walkable and clean.

Very nice property. Right in the best area of the Malecón tradicional. There is no elevator in this hotel so if you have problem going up the stairs, you should look for another options. Customer service is non-existent in the front desk but overall, a good stay and great location.

The property does not have an elevator so we stayed on the third floor. It can be challenging if you’re not in shape or you have a lot of luggage. We got a room with a partial view and there is no other reason to stay if you can’t have a view. The room does have a microwave and refrigerator. The bath towels were small old and felt like sandpaper. On a budget this hotel is fine but do not have any great expectations. The view of the beach from the balcony makes up for the hotel’s shortcomings.

My stay was amazing. Very nice and friendky staff. Room was neat & clean. Cleaniiness is always an important factor for me and during any traveling The room view overlooked the beautiful ocean was awesome.

La chambre avant avec balcon qui donne sur la mer est très agréable. Ménage fait partout méticuleusement chaque jour. Plusieurs commodités tels chaises et tables pour mettre nos affaires, Il manque un coffre fort, l’eau chaude est limite et les jets de douche faibles. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseurs. Personne n’offre de monter nos bagages et ils faut initier les salutations à la réception pour qu’ils nous retournent un bonjour.

The property has a great location. The view of the ocean is beautiful. But property is not very clean, There is a lot of hair on the floor, both in common areas, and in the room. Unfortunately, the local authorities and business owners neglect the cleanliness of the beach. Sea weeds accumulate everyday, and the beach looks dirty.

Mixed feelings on property. Very nice modern clean rooms, great location. Unfortunately extremely noisy rooms ( at least mine) next to front desk. Echo from other guests can be heard from all other floors and no elevator on it

Super cheap hotel, right by the beach. Super helpful staff. Down side no elevator- stairs only and in true Mexican style only sheets on the beds no actual blankets and we froze.

The hotel does not offer ANYTHING! No coffee, no towels for the beach, no elevator, you name it! We had to check out a day before since the hotel did not have water service! So disappointed!

The staff was not friendly. Only one initial bottle of water as courtesy. No phone in the room, that make it difficult to interact from the third floor. Location was wonderful.

This is a no frills hotel with a great location. It was clean and met my needs. It's right on the beach. I had an easterly facing room with a balcony. It was nice and shady in the afternoon and had a great view of the beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance.
