The only one thing I would suggest is parking is a bit difficult to find because of the parking lot is shared with other stores. It would be nice if Hilton had its own parking designated spots

Location is unbeatable because my family live in a short walking distance. Residential/local area. I had problem with the door/key. Had to be reseted twice. At the end I sk for a change of room. The new assigned room had no alarm/radio/clock, iron. Toilet was dirty. Borders of the floor shower is getting black. Sheets are are transparent and with spots. I went to the buffet, as usual, it looks empty, because they are not keeping the dishes fresh and full. They wait until teh dish in completely gone to bring more food. Its sad that the head management and owners do not invest accordingly. I will continue staying here because the convenience location.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall. The parking (if you are driving) is in the Malls main parking garage. You will have to go through the mall to reach the elevator. Service was okay, but lacked the bare essentials like giving you only two bath towels. Hotel is not bad for a business trip, but I would not recommend for a vacation.

It looked like they didn't pay much attention when cleaning. The legs and lower portion of the desk shair was very dusty. There was a hole in the sheets and they didn't look like they fit the bed correctly, The picture above the bed had a corner cracked off.

Staff need to be trained and more
As lovely as people can be they need to be trained and empowered. Lying on a mistake simply doesn’t cut it. I’m my case it was for a forgotten laundry bag that I had given on a Thursday night for a Friday same day cleaning. When I checked why I didn’t get it Saturday I was told that they don’t work on weekends and I would get it Monday after checkout!!! I then ask for a solution and there was my returned laundry bag when I returned to my room. I was left to go buy new clothes or waste 1/2 day at a laundromat. No apologies. Also the mattress in room 526 is busted on the left side. Linen quality was not what you expect from a Hilton branded hotel.

There were HAIRS all over the floor, MY bed. The sheets had, what I PRAY were coffee stains, as well as the damn curtains. The shower was WET as if someone had used it and we had JUST checked in. Also, the A/C shuts down in the middle of the night making the room HUMID and HOT! Not ONCE did we get a good night’s rest! Don’t be fooled by the brand attached to this hotel. Terrible plumbing, terrible location. It is NOT in the center of anything, other than being 30 minutes away from everything.

The Hotel is inside Plaza Uptown which has convenient shops and WalMart. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great and had everything I needed. I also liked that they provide a mini fridge, a safe, a coffee pot and complimentary water bottles. The view of my hotel room was beautiful and for the most part, very quiet place. The Pool, and fitness areas are lovely. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

We decided to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, since we had stay before and was a good experience. This time room Wasn’t as clean, sheets looks dirty, stained, and bed box was filthy. Sink drain was clog the whole time, until housekeeping came by to unplug and not do a complete clean. We called for towels and never received them, or toilet paper. We had to snatch two rolls from a cart in the hallway. When housekeeping did come, they had a kid with them. I didn’t know that was that was normal practice for HILTON to have kids cleaning rooms. We definitely will not being staying at the HILTON GARDEN INN.

I didn't like that I had to ask for towels repeated times, and we didn't got any until I went to personally talk to the receptionist. One of our rooms stayed without towel for over 24 hrs . The cleaners used to clean our rooms, collect dirty towels and didn't replace them with cleans ones. We were very disappointed.
