The staff was good. The actual hotel was ok. When I booked the room I requested a pull away bed. I was told no problem! When I checked in the hotel I was told that cots are not allowed in the room. After they saw the expression on my face they offered me a blowup mattress. The blow up mattress deflated in me every night. I'm under 125 pounds. Ugh. They do no offer free wi-Fi either. Oh and they ran out of coffee.

Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and courteous.
Cons: The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Their were hairs on the toilet seat and the tub was grimy. I could see a dark ring around it.
Location: I was there for wedding, not time to check out my surroundings.
It was overall a great experience. I ordered room service and was able to relax comfortably before and after the wedding I attended.

Nice hotel and offer more than I expected

Pros: The staff !! They were all well mannered , polite , pleasant engaging making sure my stay were great my food were good & that makes me want to revisit
Cons: Nothing.
My experience at this hotel were very relaxing,it was true to the discription . The room were clean,the fitness room were great and the pool got me everything were well kept.

Cons: d├ęcor can be updated
Location: close to LIE and everything we needed
good experience. We didn't care for the first room we were given and the staff was more than happy to place us in another room. Loved that service.

Very accommodating and professional staff!

Our bachelorette party stayed here and the staff was extremely helpful. I'm from out of state and had to organize the party without knowing the area. They provided a very early check-in, combined rooms, shuttle to and from the restaurant, and late check-out. The staff also helped us to find a place to go later in the evening if we chose to go out more. They made our stay very comfortable and my job much easier!

Worst hotel experience in years. 3 nights, with no hot water. One lukewarm shower, two cold showers. For this we pay money?? The water was turned off completely for 1/2 a day. The fire alarm went off at 2:38 am and again at 7:14 a.m. The thermostat only pretended to work, but the room never really cooled off. This hotel is also dingy and worn and just gross. A miserable experience.

Good Afternoon Mr. Ruff, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide a review of our property. I certainly understand how upsetting it can be when you visit a hotel and experience any problems. We are working diligently to minimize any inconvenience our guests have experienced in regards to the hot water issue and have several teams in place addressing the issue now. The issue that caused the fire alarm activation has been resolved. We are wrapping up another project that entails the air conditioning units in each of the guest rooms. Additionally, the hotel is scheduled to begin renovations in the 4th Quarter of this year. We are very excited to see what will be taken underway. We thank you for providing us with feedback that will help better our property and overall hotel product and hope we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Pros: Located where we were searching. Free parking.
Cons: Manager needs to be replaced. Staff at the front desk need to be more customer-friendly. Of course the water heater.
Our room was directly facing the hotel lobby. So no window to the outside and we could not open curtain because everybody from the lobby could peek into our room. The water in the shower was COLD! Not even warm. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he said they were fully booked. And "you got free breakfast" he started to say - we had paid for breakfast. He did not even offer to give us a credit because we had booked via Expedia. Nasty manager for a very average hotel. A stain on the Marriott brand. The cost of the room was what made it worse.
