I wouldn’t stay here as there is no dedicated parking for patron, however ecellent condition inside and of gym and rooftop. Fantastic stay just the parking was a hassle

the staff were very lovely and friendly, however, when we put the ‘room replenish’ sign out our room was almost completely untouched which was a little disappointing as the rest of the stay was lovely.

The location was great and the view from the apartment was spectacular! Place is well-equipped and clean. Staff members were friendly, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Stayed here before and will stay here again!

Checkin was easy staff very friendly. Close to flinder st station and southern cross, on the tram line. There was no cooling in the bedroom so our forst night it was quite hot. Reception gave is a fan for our next 2 nights. You could hear the trains so it was a bit noisy and our room wasnt serviced although we did get clean towels as we left the repenish sign in the door. It was good having a washing machine and dryer in the room as we didnt have to bring hpme dirty cloths. If needed you can store your suitcases until your are reqdy to go to airport or train station

Location was very good. Tram stop just outside the apartments which was so handy. Apartments were clean and had plenty of cutlery, pots, pans and appliances. Plenty of room for storage but whatever you do dont loose your key after 8pm when reception is closed my husband did this and it cost $129 for a call out fee and replacement of the card. Would stay here again as only 10 minutes walk from skybus station.

A lot smaller in person & the beds were so bad just two singles pushed together, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been on so so soft and you fall down the crack , everything else was okay but bed and bad aircon unfortunately ruined it for us

I had a late check in due to my late arrival and managed to call the after office hour number and was guided to the key card in the mail box. Just a recommendation the contact number after office hours check in to place at the entrance as the door to reception area is lock after 8pm.

we rent the 1 bedroom apartment. Upon entering the view is really nice but we then realised the windows are not sound proof. It was very very noisy. we can hear trains constantly non stop till very late and very early in the morning. This is on 17th floor!!! The mattress is very saggy. The only good thing about this place is its very convienent. I do not recommend this place unless you can sleep in noisy environment.

Get what you pay for. Communication with the hotel was great at check in as we needed to check in out of hours. Building itself felt a little run down. Apartment was clean. Air con unit was in the living room so we didn’t benefit when sleeping. Similar air con situation in the gym - air con unit to one side so no real benefit, however gorgeous views over Melbourne. The duvet was yellow stained. Basic and ok if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel.

The lobby is nice, overall the room had a bit of wear and tear and the location is definitely at the dodgy end of flinders st. But it’s still a convenient location, just not great if you want to go out at night. The room was mostly very clean and comfortable. The beds are like giant marshmallows, so soft it was comical how far my husband sank into it. The air conditioning unit was quite old and not sufficient to cool a 2 bed apartment so the whole family was hot at night. The shower head would not stay in the holder, it was hard to shower while holding it up. Note that staff aren’t available after 8pm, the reception is not 24hrs if you need anything.

I enjoyed staying here but the place is due for a refurbishment to keep it competitive. The shower had some mould for example and other facilities were starting to look tired. Friendly reception with a tram stop right outside the door.

The owners may have spent a lot of time designing the apartments but didn't have short people in mind. I could not reach the mugs and glasses at the back of the cupboard without the tongs. The blind cords were way to high and difficult to access. There needs to be a drape in the bedroom on the glass wall so the light does not come in early in the morning

The Canvas Apartment was a short walk from Southern Cross station, the sign to the apartments is quite small so have to keep your peepers open. It had a double glass door apon entering which the 2nd door is only able to be opened with a card, for safety. My room was on a lower level that faced the laneway so it was quite dark and cool but I didnt mind. Super tidy room, full sized fridge and all the kitchen needs, helpful to save money on food. Was abit of a walk to the main centre of city but there is a tram stop just outside to get you up the st if needed. Was stopped by afew homeless in the area but nothing too concerning. Cherry & Twigs cafe in the laneway was awesome for breakfast and delicious coffee - highly recommend. And a 24hr convenience store closeby to pick up a couple things. Overall fantastic stay. Friendly staff and wasnt bothered by room cleaning etc.

The apartment was very comfortable with great views and in a perfect location. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not the hotel for you. We were on the 24th floor and the noise from the street below was very loud. It didn't worry us too much, we had a lovely stay.

Great location near SouthernCrosss station with spectacular view from 24th floor. Had two bedroom accommodation with lots of space. Brand new appliances. Touch key to get into building and elevator. Could sometimes hear the trains below.
