“St Kilda's Easystay Motel close to anything important in Melbourne”

The Motel is different, the rooms are located around St Kilda and are not in one location. Price was value for money. Family room we paid for was more like a serviced apartment. Staff were friendly. Front desk closes around 11pm. The room was comfortable. Close to the water, plenty of restaurants in the area, within walking distance of St Kilda's shopping centre. Private parking is provided for a a small fee and is secured. Close to public transport - the tram route to Melbourne's CBD was very quick. Overall, I was satisfied with the Motel accommodation and location.

“Def not 5star, but value for money”

Good service, and clean rooms. Older hotel but solid. Squeeky beds (we had family room so anytime anyone on either level of bunk bed rolled over it made noise). The stay is worth the money paid, but don't be expecting anything flash. Also, we don't recommend staying sunday night unless you can sleep through road sweepers and recycle bin/rubbish bin collections. - is on one of the main streets of St Kilda and clean up happens VERY early mon am. Great location - easy walk to the beach, 2 dairy/superettes within metres, many restaurants and cafes to choose from within 100m of hotel.
