Great location for what we wanted however it was very dirty. The washer didn't work, the TV in the bedroom didn't work, we paid extra for the balcony room but couldn't use it as we looked right into the apartment opposite, less than 20m away.

This hotel is great and walkable to everything. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the trains nearby. But I guess that’s to be expected on Flinders Street.

Cheap and cheerful place to stay for a weekend in Melbs. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency, so we didn't get to have the full experience. Would definitely stay again another time.

Well, the room we recieved was tiny and not like the photos at all. I truly believe there is much nicer & safer options for the same price elsewhere. Firstly, the staff were nice but they had no spacial awareness of what was around the hotel and no recommendations on what we could do. I even asked multiple different staff members to which i recieved "im not sure". Secondly, the elevators were disgusting, as a cleaner myself it looks like the doors havent been wiped over in literal years. The room was kept tidy but housekeeping only visited once on a four day stay, i did have to call for more towels. Thirdly, how they still allow the pool area to still be accessible to the public is beyond me. The tiles have lifted in the bottom of the pool and the hot tub which not only makes it look like crap but is extremely unsafe which we fell victim too - my partner had 4 holes put in his bather shorts by the seat of the hot tub and i received a 4cm cut on the back of my legs from the ungrouted and loose tiles, when leaving the area we discovered a trail of blood leading back to the elevator which i would assume was caused by a similar incident. I was dumbfounded on how it is still open and accessible for use in that condition and any money would bet it would be closed instantly if a OSH representative was to visit. Overall my experience was terrible, the only pro to this hotel is the area as its close to the CBD & Southbank but if youre looking for a hotel for comfort this isnt it!!!

It's located near free tram stop and walkable to southern part of CBD, like exhibition centre, south bank area. Staffs at reception were all friendly and efficient. The building is a bit outdated, especially the shower/bathroom tub. Better cleaness requires for bedding sheets and pillow cases. Some awkward smell on pillow and wardrobe.

The rooms were great for an extended stay. Lots of room. The rooms were clean, but the house keeping was inconsistent, but good enough. It was close to the train station and there was a tram stop right near the front door. The metro track was close and was loud when you had your patio door open, or even during the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked for something.

Great overall. Thank you. Would definitely stay again. Very comfortable. Great location. Complaints: Microwave had no power so had to use old school (saucepan, and one only supplied). Dishwasher detergent clip broken. Therefore not effective. Had to re-wash. No one in reception at check out at 5:30am being informed it was staffed 24 hrs. Had to hope everything was okay to just leave room keys.

Great location near southern cross station close to trams and easy walking distance to crown and Southbank. Apartments fully functional and have everything needed for self catering. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The Darling Harbour is a 5 minute walk, there is a grocery store / mall a 2 min walk and Chinatown is a 3 min walk. The tram line is super close, plenty of restaurants and bars around. The staff is friendly and responsive. The gym is really nice - clean and lots of equipment! The pool and spa are nice as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

1 BR apt was nice, big enough! Helpful and polite staff at check-in and throughout stay - advised the room overlooking the alley would be quieter! This may be true, however was still quite loud from around 3 am and on, with bin trucks/trains etc and other things happening - part of staying in the 'big smoke' I guess :). Kitchen was functional, just needed a few more utensils - staff couldn't source a spatula but found us an oven tray (a dirty one), so thanks. The simple things are needed for a long term stay when cooking at home, so a few more additions would be useful. Bathroom good, shower warm and good pressure. Spa nice, however tiles need to be fixed - I wasn't fussed that it looked degraded but sharp edges from broken/missing tiles need to be fixed. My son scratched his back and another lad cut his foot. Close to transport and lots of food places, short walk to a Coles and Woolies. Anyway, overall a good stay in a good location, loved visiting Melbs after a long time away

The Brady is in a great spot- a 5 minute walk from Southern Cross. The staff were very friendly and the room clean and comfortable.

Affordable Gem in the Melbourne City Center.
A great location, only a couple of blocks from both the Aquarium, and the River Walk with its cafes and bars. Transportation to other parts of the city via access to trams which are located on Flinders Street in front of the hotel. Room was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed.

The rooms were ok but the ironing board fell on me and when I discovered we had only 2 coat hangers she gave me 4 more as they told me they had a shortage not really very professional I would not stay her again nor recommend this hotel to anyone

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay especially because of the location which is very near the tram and bus station. Coffee shops and convenience stores are just around the corner and restaurants are walking distance. Area is relatively quiet and easy to find.

Room was great, staff were amazing and welcoming. The only feedback is the shower is hard to use (kept switching to bath faucet during shower), dryer was extremely loud (banging noise). Showers could be upgraded to improve customer experience.

It was great having the tram to the Australian Open Tennis right outside the door, but a bit noisy once the overhead train started running early morning and, although you can catch the tram to the restaurant and cafe areas, it's nice to stay closer to these and be able to walk. This was my second location I have stayed with them and will definitely try another closer to the centre of the cbd next time. They are a great brand.

I didn’t like the balcony very dangerous and scary especially for children. The window glass should have been more higher than that height. Couldn’t see city view like I thought. Also, room bathroom old style didn’t expect that. So overall won’t be coming back again to this hotel as also the customer service very poor expect one stuff member in the morning was lovely and helped with car park and her personality was amazing. I was also charged twice from website and from the night stuff member which she brought to my attention and issued refund. I wish I remember her name:( But I’m sure she will know herself as I’m referring to her amazing welcoming attitude.

We stayed one night from check in to check out everything surpassed my expectations. It was close or easy commute to all places we wanted to access during this trip including Southern Cross station/Sky Bus, State Theatre, DFO, and Kingpin. My only issue was the bed, it was so comfy that I slept through my alarm and only just made check out time. Thank you, we will definitely return.

Wet carpet after cleaning staff left the balcony doors open, carpet had crumbs on floor in bedroom, toilet bowl not cleaned properly, fridge smelled and had dried drops from a drink, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and the noise from the trains was loud.
