Rather small for a 2-bedroom apartment. Good location. Some fixtures broken. Lack of wine glasses, and no corkscrew. Lights in lounge area poor for reading. Tv good, but no foxtel. Wi-fi good

Filthy & sub-standard!
Was absolutely appalled with this apartment! Upon arrival the after hours check-in guy took us to apartment, upon entering the smell of stale smoke was very strong. The floors had not been vacuumed and their were with random hairs & dust everywhere. The bathroom tiles in both bathroom were lifting & a trip hazard in the showers. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms were so thick with mould. There were stains all over the carpets. We had travelled over 5 hours & after checking in 1.5 hours after the given time we opted to stay the first night (the bed was clean it was after 8:00 on Friday night) and we needed to be at the pool at 7:00am the next morning. We talked to reservatikn staff the next day & the owner would not offer a discount & just told us to check out. We did but I would never recommend to use this company or stay at any of their apartments. I still cannot believe that they think it is ok to rent out this apartment when the cleanliness is so sub-standard! The location of this apartment to the Melbourne Sport & Aquatic Centre was perfect as we come to Melbourne for competitive swimming very often, however we will never stay here again!

I can see we refunded you a night because of the inconvenience and sent back our cleaning team the day after your check in as you arrived late at night. We are working hard to keep our guests happy and cleaning is a really important point for us. Unfortunately, previous guests who checked out on your arrival date left the apartment in terrible condition and we couldn't get all issues fixed on the same date. As we were fully booked that day, we couldn't offer you another apartment except in another location, which we understand, wasn't accepted by you.

Brutal - I didn't pay too much attention to the negative reviews but yeah this place is in dire need of major maintenance. Dishwasher blocked, tap fitting missing, tiles lifting, holes in wall. It is only a matter of time before this place has a lawsuit on its hands due to minor hazards. Still I had a great stay

The TV cabinet door fell off. & we couldnt get the TV to operate ( no instructions) A blind was missing, (broken & rolled up in a corner) the stove (we didnt use) has grease dripping from it & some of the veneer was falling off.

We recommend 2 persons for a 1 bedroom units, 3 to 4 for the 2 bedrooms apartments (depending of 1 or 2 bathrooms) and 6 people in the 3 bedrooms apartments. Good Size Apartment
The booking via expedia was fine and the apartment size was fine however the process for check-in was horrible. Would be far easier to deal with concierge directly at the apartment rather than a dodgy little office across the road where a poor cleaner had to help us out. Small things like toilet roll holder, door stop are easy fixes but noticeable breakages. Crockery & cutlery didn't cater for the 5 people booked into the apartment. Could be amazing just the small things need cleaning up on.

Not enough Keys
The property is of the standard across the organisation. It was comfortable. The fridge was in poor condition from an operating perspective. The communication was poorer than normal and there were three of us and only one key provided despite requesting otherwise. The property is conveniently located to get around Melbourne.

Lights in the bedroom didn’t work and there wasn’t a broom or vacuum to clean even though we stayed for 12 days. Overall, fabulous location, comfy beds, decent parking rate. Happy family.

It was disappointing overall
Although I had Brendan from the Dockland office assisting me and was very helpful, overall the experience wasnt the best. Brendan provided amazing customer service but it was disappointing to see a number of issues happen. First my check in was delayed until 4:30pm as the room wasnt cleaned yet. Although upon check in th cleaner provided me the keys in a rude manner and was not very helpful. Once i had entered the property after quite some time due to complexity of the car park the place wasnt cleaned properly. Very nice views but cleaning was not up to hotel standards. Thanks Brendan for helping me through the check in time.

There was no internet for more than 2 days out of 8 days . Reservation office at Albert Park hardly opens. I had to call main reservation office for Internet connection but they just kept me promising. Finally I am thankful to property owner Lisa whom I contacted and she did arrange everything in few hours. There were no batteries in Aircon remote The handle of main door was literally hanging. Toilet seat wasn’t fixed and was moving There was no globe in bedroom’s night lamp.

Apartment Domain Melb - Over all nice experience
Team, Overall, our experience at this apartment was OK. Obviously, this is a constructive feedback as there is always room for improvement. Cleanliness - we noticed the sofa was not clean and the toilet Parking - we have requested for onsite parking prior to making reservation but when checked in, there was none. During our stay, we have reached out to the support team and they said they were looking into it but then nothing confirmed till we checked out. We had even a parking infringement that we copped up due to lack of parking spot available. That is a really disappointing experience that we've had during our stay at this place. Can you let me know if we can be reimbursed for the parking infringement? Regards,

The apartment I stayed in was a bit run down - burns and stains on the carpet, marked walls, etc but I can live with that. Someone had stolen the adaptor for the foxtel box, so it couldn't be plugged into the TV. Luckily I didn't have a lot of time to watch TV during this stay ;-)

The internet reception is very poor and there was even difficulty with my own devices. apparently this is being looked at though I stayed in two different properties over a two week period and both had issues.

Terrible apartment
The apartment was very dirty, broken toilet seat and toilet roll holder. Heater wasn’t working, hair all over the bathroom floor. Balcony was filthy, we will never return and recommend that you don’t waste your $$$$

Very disappointed with conditions here. disgusting dirty bathrooms and kitchen, check in was horrible. maintenance required desperately, management made no apologies or attempt to rectify conditions. Wotif was wonderful with trying to help rectify this bad experience. This property has no parking, no passwords to access wifi don’t stay in this property.

Handy Apartment - quirky car park
Actually getting keys was an experience as there is no "Reception Desk" at these apartments - keys are to be collected in a small cleaners office across the road in another complex - should have read booking instructions properly I guess. Had to find a park a couple of blocks away and then wait until office opened at 2pm. First time I have ever experienced a motor vehicle lift to get to my parking floor and allocated car space. Cleaners need to lift their game as the lint filter in the clothes dryer was compacted with lint - probably hadn't been cleaned for at least 6-10 cycles of clothes drying - a real fire hazard, and the small bin in bathroom had not been emptied from last guests. Otherwise a good unit and comfortable beds.

AVOID. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Appalling service, dirty room and left without a bed for the night. I would avoid staying here and will never return. After many calls and emails, we booked a double room apartment. Lack of communication left us travelling and almost arriving with no code for the after hours key pick-up box. Parking and a pull out bed were booked, and confirmed via email and phone call. Arrived to find no parking available- this is first in best dressed (Never once mentioned in any of the communications, even though they were aware of late check in). No pull out bed in room, called through to be told "I thought this was for your room when you confirmed this morning but it got given to another room and we don't have another one". One of us was left with no bed for the night. We managed to share blankets and pillows. I was made out to be a liar regarding the parking and told that parking was never confirmed. We have a brand new car and travelled many hours, hence why we confirmed parking. After arguing with the rude gentleman, I was told that no discount would be given as we never actually paid for the parking or pull out bed, a fault of their own. I was told that he would contact Expedia regarding a discount on the nights stay. No communication regarding this. I went to the effort of emailing the owner of the business to try and rectify our issue before leaving a review. I had a response some time later that said she would speak to her staff. No response at all since.

Convenient and comfortable apartment. Beds comfortable and most basic needs where there. Tiny teacups. Checking in I was left in the cold for 30minutes and I had to call 3 times before anyone came, even after me informing of my arrival time and emails to say it was during office hours. Out of 6 lamps, only 1 globe worked. There was NO lighting working in the ensuite bathroom for the entire stay at all and in the bedroom 1of 2 ceiling lights. Both toilet paper holders were broken and the toilet seat was not attached well. There was only 1 drinking glass and this was broken. The spare blanket in the cupboard was not in ideal condition. No instructions - couldn't find internet and had to make approx 5 phone calls to office. Some lamp globes were fixed and glasses were delivered, along with a bottle of wine to offer compensation ?? Much chasing Overal attention to detail was poor and was disappointing.

Best value and great area
Perfect place to stay outside the busy cbd but still walking distance to everything. We were helped out by management with our late checkin due to flight delay and also late check out was appreciated. Highly recommend for self contained accomodation. Had a ball!!!

Not bad but could be better
We arrived at the office and no one was there, we called the number three times and finally after an hour of waiting a cleaner turned up who handed us one set of keys without asking for any of our personal details and pointed roughly over the road. When we finally worked out which block of apartments we were staying in we opened the door to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and used towels in both of the bathrooms. That night we went to use the TV but couldn't find a remote and when hitting the sack not one of the 5 x bedside lights had a working bulb. Over all - We were two blocks staying there for the F1 so didn't spend much time in the apartment but wouldn't recommend to a couple for a romantic weekend away.

A staff member meets guests upon check in during business hours. Outside business hours, we leave the key and the code along with the self check in is sent via email. The road noise is due to the metro works on St Kilda Road. We have recently fixed blinds in most apartment.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Showed up at the property and no one was at reception. Waited 45 minutes for the keys. Once inside the space was filthy. The kitchen counters and cupboards were covered in grease and the oven looked like it had never been cleaned. Carpets are stained badly and hadn’t been vacuumed. Called management but got zero response. The parking stalls they assigned us already had people parking in them. Toothpaste stains from previous tenant all over the sink. Tiles in shower stalls have lifted from the floor causing damage underneath and signs of mold. WiFi didn’t work. Entire experience a huge disappointment.

Let's start with the good: - Apartment is a good size and relatively new (*caveat in 'bad' section) - Location a quick tram ride from city and St Kilda - Well priced given location and product (2 bedroom) And now for the bad: - We encountered a number of issues with broken fittings: principally the main bathroom exhaust fan whose switch didn't work (cleaners informed us that this was an issue in other apartments). It was quite noisy for an exhaust fan and made getting to sleep a difficult. Building management were aware, but nothing was done about it during our stay (no offers to move to a different apartment, nada - it was hard enough even to get someone to come and meet us so we could tell them what was wrong). - On our check-in instructions we were advised to complete check-in the next morning. Could not find their near-by office. I called central reservations to be informed that they didn't have an office there and someone would be sent. On the second call (after no one came to the lobby to meet us) I was told that our check-in was done and there was no need for extra procedure. It was then that the cleaner (who they sent for some reason) arrived. Shambles. - Our wifi didn't work for the first two days. Yes it took two days for them to fix the wifi. - On the car park instructions we are advised to take the first alley after a 'gym' sign to access the car park. This is a o

As a serviced apartment group, we do not have a reception desk however a staff member is present on site to meet guests during business hours. Nice apartment, service could be improved
Positives: The apartment facilities were very good and the rooms were nice and clean when we arrived. The location was excellent for parks, sporting events and getting around Melbourne. Negatives: The supplied information stated a cleaner was included for stays of 7 days or more, we stayed longer than 7 days and no cleaner came. There was only 1 key, which limited access for the group when not together. We were without internet for the first 3 days including Christmas day. The cable TV didn't work at all, this was reported on day 1 but never fixed. The balcony looked like it had never been cleaned so was not a feature we could use. If the service was better I would recommend the apartment.

Very Disappointing
To start with, there was nobody at the office I was told to go to. Had to call and wait for someone to bring the keys. No problem. Arrived in room. No water views. I spoke to the person manning the desk who informed me that we could not use the roof on New Years Eve as the building was holding a party up there at $140 pp. This was the main reason we had booked this apartment. This was out of the hands of the agent so this I can forgive. However, the missing clothes dryer, hair dryer, ironing board, broken toilet seat, bathroom fan that would not switch off and 2nd bathroom fan would not switch on was just too much! Especially when you let the agent know and they do nothing about it. We were given free parking to make up for the lack of water view. We were told our parking bay was on the second floor- it was on the fifth and had to search each level to find it - not fun after a long drive. The apartment was fine. Modern but sparse. Fairly clean. Close to tram stop and quick ride to cbd. Maybe next time a customer calls with issues the manager can grow a pair and talk to the customer himself rather than hiding behind the poor new girl who answered our call. Yes I could hear you. If you’re busy with other customers, then returning a call when you have a moment would be polite.

Extremely poor service from management.
Manager unhelpful. Gave us apartment that we had not paid for. No courtesy call from Brendon manager in charge. Made numerous calls to him plus emailed him with dissatisfaction. He avoided our calls. Water flowing from underneath shower door. This was dangerous. Cleaning staff David & Theresa were helpful However Brendon manager of Apartment Donaine & his staff disinterested . Good location and easy access to trams
Room was comfortable. Washer & dryer didn’t work &the blind was faulty in bedroom! Other than that great location and all public transport was very accessible.

Most Lazy Staff Ever Encountered
This is the first time i have ever stayed at an apartment where all the staff have no idea about anything that goes on with the apartments. From being told the complete opposite of what was actually happening to actually being outright lied to, it felt like a joke every time i rung the reception number. For a apartment management agency they don't do a lot of management. This brings me to the fact that there servicing/maintenance was a non-existent as well. From having to change the battery in the smoke detector myself, to no one coming to remove the lamp with the frayed cord that blew up in my face and tripped the mains breaker, it was the most laughable thing i had ever experienced. The cleaning was no better, excess mold in all the showers, grease on every cupboard near the stove (nothing better then opening a cupboard and then having to wash your hands) and the filthy floors. The only good thing was the view was from the balcony, just watch out for the missing tiles.
