Hotel is what you expect for the price you pay however they had no hot water for my whole stay and kept telling me lies as to why it was happening. Until my last day the staff came clean and told me the truth about having a big issue with plumbing and expecting a tech next Monday. I think i should be compensated for this shortcoming. I get sick if i have to shower with cold water. The staff is a mix of super nice people and some not so nice.

The staff at this place was above exceptional. They take your security and privacy seriously. They went above and beyond to deliver my personal belongings to the airport on a short notice when circumstances prevented me from going back to the hotel. Can't thank them enough!

The staff at this property was above exceptional. There was a situation that prevented me from returning back to the hotel to retrieve my luggage. The staff went above and beyond to volunteer and deliever my luggage to the airport. Can't Thank her and the staff enough!

The hotel is located in an really nice area. You can find anything you need nearby. From restaurants, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, little stores and even pharmacy.

Very modern and in a centric location. The onsite staff was vary nice however, in more then 1 ocation that I had to go to the check in desk, the staff was having work related(not guest related conversation) I would have until they finished their semi private meetings. In my opinion they should solve my needs and questions and then get on with their business matters Cleaness of the rooms can be worked on,but acceptable

Rooms are so tiny. There's almost no space so I had to put my stuff all over the bed, extremely cramped. The wifi is unbelievable slow, at times you can't even check email or load basic text websites. The room cleaning also left a lot to be desired, when checked in, there was a half-used bar of soap in the shower together with the wrapper, obviously the cleaners were in a hurry and just tidied up a few spots in the room. Would never stay there again.

Not worth the normal rate
I am glad that I stayed in this Hotel at a special rate because if I would have paid their normal rate , I would have been very disappointed. This Hotel might have been awesome when it opened but they really need to update it. As an example, the shower head is back from who know when and to top it off it fell off while I was showering. You would think they would have replaced it while they cleaned my room but it stayed in the same spot for all the 4 days I stayed there. Pretty sad. I also noticed a large strand of hair, on the floor next to my bed, for all 3 days. Wow!!! Definitely will not stay here again.

I loved everything in this place and Im hard to please because people usually suck at this places or they don’t really care. The most upscale staff you can encounter at any time or day of the week, no matter who they are because all of them are awesome!!

The staff in the facility were extremely supportive and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Medellin Colombia. The area is safe and you'll find places to eat near by also shopping centers to get everything you need for your stay. I loved it.

Room very small,hallways very noisy,can sleep long hours because, housekeeping talked loudly in the hallway,same thing with the people in the others rooms, you can hear everything,from another part over charge tax money,breakfast same every day

Good, but improvements needed!
Very nice hotel with modern facilities just blocks away from Carrera 70-where the action lies. Very hospitable staff and reception. The room and bathroom were extremely small for a couple. We could hardly walk in the room and both of us did not fit in the bathroom at the same time for basic grooming. We could hardly sleep in late because the guests and cleaning crew slammed doors all of the time and spoke very loud. Quiet & no slamming doors signs need to be posted all over the hotel. The breakfast was the same all of the time....scrambled eggs, arepa, coffee, chocolate, and juice. Had to pay extra for the fruit.

Good location near to the stadium, noisy
Room was clean and beautiful but there a lot of noise, you can hear the other guests every time, the first night at 3:00 am some guest of another room decided to listen music with high volume and the staff don't do anything about it, We can't rest this night. Good breakfast accordingly at price

I was satisfied with the amenities, such as the excellent breakfast, and the bedroom comfort. The receptionist was quite cordial and I would stay there again.

Good hotel in a safe neighbourhood
We stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed it.only thing we were not happy about was the poor wi-fi signal.on the seventh floor the signal was so weak, I could not open my e-mail. The neighboorhood is safe and it is only 12 minutes walk away from the metro station "Estadio"

Es ist ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage und Umgebung. Der Preis ist günstig. Das Personal war stets höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist allerdings sehr einfach. Es ist empfehlenswert, nicht das einfachste Zimmer zu buchen sondern lieber eine bessere Kathegorie.

La expectativa de acuerdo con la calificacion historica de la pagina era alta, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el desayuno es muy basico y el area de restaurante un poco desagradable porque esta prácticamente en la calle, y el area de trabajo virtual es muy oscura y limitada
