My luggage was miss tagged and I could not recover it for a while. The land line in the hotel room was not functioning when I needed it for a conference call. There was construction being performed in an adjacent room. David C.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights for an 'eclipse' trip. The cost of the room was VERY inflated because of the eclipse and it was still the least expensive option available, including Airbnb's. We booked two months in advance, and prices were nuts. This room cost us triple what it should have for 3 nights and, given the lack of cleanliness of the room, we were VERY disappointed. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely, the common areas of the hotel, including the pool, was good. But, the room was dirty (empty drink bottles left from the last guest!), the furniture old and mishappen, the window film bubbled and the blankets and pillows old and worn. I expected way more from a Marriott hotel!

I expected better conditions after knowing that Marriot got this hotels. Not a lotnof changes but still good. Onky thing: very expensive price for a room, maybe because is Mazatlan in a weekend

NOT VERY HAPPY!!!!
We have stayed there before and it was good, but this time it was not as good. The room more than small, the pillows were all full of bumps. Also though you have no contro over it I guess, the guests of the bus loads were terrible; we couldn't even get our cups of coffee peacefully cause they were pushing people, showing no manners whatsoever; we definitely didn't enjoy your breakfast cause there was no room for us with all those people there, we had to go out for breakfast and as you can figure out, that was an extra expense for yours truly, but as they say you live and learn we'll know better next time.

El lugar estaba muy lejos de la playa. Para hacer check in tuvimos problema, no estábamos en el sistema. La Señorita de recepción llamada Rosa fue muy grosera desde que llegamos. Durante el desayuno estaba poniendo de mala gana la comida y no dejaba que las personas se sirvieran su comida, las personas ya tenían esperando por mucho tiempo. A la hora de salir le pedimos permiso para dejar nuestras maletas ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde. No nos dejo, pero a otras personas si les cuidaron su maleta. El señor de limpieza muy amable y siempre con una buena sonrisa.
