Unbelievable - we turned up on Friday 13th October for our booking to be told the hotel were overbooked and they had no room for us, I have since seen my credit card statement and they've had the cheek to charge our card. Not only were we left high and dry on a busy weekend in Marseille, we've even had to pay for the privelege.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will stay here again and would recommend it. Breakfast is included and dinner is available in the hotel’s terrace cafe with beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to several restaurants and train station. Public bus is free within the city. Great location and overall a very excellent place to stay.

Not thorough, mix up reservations
Clean and relatively comfortable. However, the front desk are not thorough and unapologetic. They mixed up reservations and forced us to sleep in twin beds instead of a double bed. They offered no compensation though we asked several times. They also said they had forced two women who wanted twin beds to sleep in a double bed earlier the same night...

Very convenient hotel , they didn’t have a king bed like I booked but the receptionist gave me a free breakfast to make up which was a nice gesture

In general a good clean hotel only 20 minute ROM Downtown Marseille. The staff barely Speak English and it was hard to communicate. Breakfast buffet was ok but the bacons were almost Raw. When I asked the lady that hey I like my bacon to be crispy she smiled and said yea me too! Not sure if she did understand me or totally ignored me.

Brilliant Hotel deserves a four stars
The hotel is very nice the lay out of the room is very thoughtful the hotel s condition as new the staffs were very professional and helpful I have been all over the world all kinds of hotels but this hotel in Aubagne deserves the four stars many thanks to the best western staffs and the rest of the team at Linko best western thanks mr Diep

Considering that this was during French lockdown the hotel was very welcoming. Breakfast was accommodated by a server rather than buffet but there was still plenty of choice in the continental breakfast. Rooms are modern and comfortable

Don't be fooled by the photos or reviews.
We did not stay at this hotel. It was extremely difficult to get to by car, with very poor roads and is in a very sketchy neighbourhood. So very clever photography, hid the truth well. We were not happy to stay after seeing the hotel and its location in person, as we were concerned for the safety of our car and ourselves. We got a very rude reception on arrival, the clerk simply asked for our IDs without any greeting or welcome and then refused to cancel the reservation. I think that most of the reviews are probably fake.

Friendly staff. The breakfast room and terrace on the roof are are a nice space at the start of the day. The room, which was a little small, had everything you need (except milk for tea and coffee).

Recommended hotel in Aubagne
Location is perfect, 5 min walk from train station, close to everything. The room is spacious, quite impressed. Bed is clean and comfortable, the front desk is helpful. Express breakfast is ok, the rooftop area where the breakfast served is amazing with overlooking the city. One thing particular, the hotel charged my credit card too early prior to the regular check-in time using a different vendor name even when I chose to pay at the front desk, which led to subsequent credit card blocking in concerning my card had been pirated. Guest shouldn't be charged prior to the regular check-in time.

Nice place, next to a great Italian resturant.
Nice place, breakfast was quite good for French standards, more than just a coffee and pasteries. A few time a week there is a great public market in the city square right next door. Great rooftop veranda for breakfast, and we went upstairs in the evening with the wedding party and quite nice.

It's was below par for the week I was there we had to be escorted to the room as the key card machine was broken for the entire hotel meaning we had to be walked to our room by hotel staff using a master key. in addition to this not once we're we asked for ID to prove we were staying at the hotel. There is leaks in the hallways causing rancid smells also.

Comfortable hotel. Quite a number of homeless people begging on entry and exit to the hotel carpark which is a short walk from the hotel. please note when you pay in full on hotels.com the hotel will then add a local tax when you arrive. Even though hotels.com says taxes and charges included.

Environnement pas terrible en plein dans un quartier très populaire sdf à proximité. Ne vaut pas le prix. Rudimentaire le soir tard il faut sonner attendre quelqu’un pour entrer dans l’hôtel petit déjeuner très simplet assez déçu par rapport au tarif

Déception vs niveau d'un Best Western
Nous avons trouvé la chambre petite, WC non séparé de la SdB. et l'état de propreté très moyen. Pas digne des critères d'un 4 étoiles (comme affiché) PdJ accueil très sympa, mais les fruits frais à la limite du comestible. Le reste était correcte.

Très mauvaise expérience
Nous avons pris un Hôtel 4 étoiles avec chambre supérieure et 2 verres en rooftop. Pas de savon dans la douche, pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre et les 2 verres de vin très mauvais (nous les avons laissé) sans amuse bouche. Mauvaise expérience et malgré avoir exprimé au monsieur le matin, aucune excuses ou autres. Tout est normal. Je déconseille très fortement tant qu’ils n’auront pas le service qualifié pour un 4 étoiles

Ringe service i receptionen, dårlige værelser med utrolig ringe lydisolering, både til andre værelser og ud mod gaden/vejen. Morgenmaden til 16euro bestod kun af varm juice, iskolde pandekager og yoghurt.

Deux nuits travail
L’hôtel est situé en plein centre de Aubagne. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très bienveillant. Un super rooftop pour partager un verre le soir. En revanche, le parking n’est pas proche de l’hôtel. Et le centre ville est mal fréquenté le soir.

Un hôtel bien situé, un excellent accueil
L'hôtel est récent est situé au coeur de la ville. Il y a un effort consenti pour le rendre sympa. L'accueil y est excellent. Seul bémol le roof top qui en soit est très sympa mais propose des prix, à mon sens élevé... Un cocktail à 11€ je trouve que c'est beaucoup d'argent
