Friendly staff, very clean, good location
Incredibly friendly staff, particularly the member of staff who supported me for check in. The hotel is fairly basic, but very pleasant. Breakfast was a little sparse (just croissants, toast and some fruit), but well located for the various sites of Marseille.

Stayed here for one of the Euro 2016 games ( Iceland v Hungary ). The location was great as it was just 5 minutes walk to the port area and 25 minutes to the Stadium. However we were charged for breakfast for 4 for two days when we only had it on one day as we left at 6:30am on the second day and the night porter didn't speak English so as we were trying to catch a train we just paid it.

Good value for the money
The staff didn't speak much english but all can be sorted out in broken French. The rooms were clean but the A/C didn't work. Good value for the money.

Not the best start, but OK from day 2
We arrived late at night - about 22.30. On arrival hotel was unaware of our booking. The night porter spoke little English, but was very apologetic and managed to find us another hotel for the first night about 10 minutes walk away, although finding it was quite difficult late at night.

Nice hotel in great location
The location was fantastic, very easy walk to both the harbour and the Cours Julienne areas. The staff were really friendly (not all spoke English so a basic knowledge of French would help but you could still get by) Overall, really happy with our choice, would definitely recommend.

Excellent small hotel convenient for all services and entertainment centred around the Vieux Port. Daily cruises from the quai as well as a fish market on weekdays:fresh catches daily. Right in the middle of vast amount of outlets for fashion and modern living. Good spot from which to explore Marseille on foot.

Car parking lmiited at best of time, none when we stayed. No minibar, milk or coffee in room. Staff not responsive to these issues. Wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent Location
Right at check in, we were upgraded due to availability, so that placed us on the right foot immediately. The room was indeed spacious with a nice bathroom. I had one of the best showers of my life in that bathroom. The light blue color theme made the ambience more comfortable. This hotel was chosen due to its location. It was very good, walking distance to most locations in the city. Finding a restaurant on a Monday night was a little difficult, we eventually had to abandon the goal of looking for a local restaurant and ended up eating by the Vieux Port, however, that's not the hotel's fault, just local businesses. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel.

Hotel was close to Notre-Dame, Vieux-Port, and metro stations, nice interior decor, very convenient free parking out front. Two minor issues were the small size of the shower, and the rate of roughly 83 euro. But the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful to us non-French speakers.

The overnight receptionists won't speak any English, though, daytime receptionist was a young lad very happy to help out in every matter. Room is reasonably priced, reasonably quiet, reasonably clean. Could do with more lights.

Cutre, aunque bien situado y buen precio
Tras unos días de viaje por el sur de Francia, este fue el hotel que menos nos satisfizo. Su ubicación es muy buena, entre el puerto viejo y el barrio de Castellane, desde donde parten los autobuses urbanos a los Calanques. El personal es amable y el hotel es uno de los más económicos que pude encontrar. Como nota negativa, durante el check-in, el recepcionista no nos ofreció ningún consejo acerca de la ciudad, como venía siendo habitual en otros hoteles. La habitación era bastante pequeña, con ciertos detalles tales como cables del aparato de aire acondicionado saliendo de un agujero de la pared, que hacen que no te entre el lugar por los ojos. Aunque la cama era cómoda, nos dimos cuenta que el somier parecía bastante artesano, daba la sensación de que estaba hecho con palets. El baño era muy pequeño, principalmente la ducha. Un pequeño plato de ducha con mampara que hacía prácticamente imposible el enjabonado.

La chambre réservée n'avait rien à voir avoir avec les photos disponibles sur expedia. Elle se situait juste à côté de la réception, on entendait tout ... C'était sale, petit, décevant, limite glauque.. J'ai demandé poliment un remboursement, le réceptionniste m'a répondu non fermement et m'a proposé une autre chambre pour 26 euros de plus Effectivement au premier coup d'oeil la chambre était plus grande, moins sombre et moins sale. J'ai donc accepté Je me rends compte plus tard que la baignoire est salle, il y a des trous dans le plafond de la salle de bain, de la moisissure, ... Dans la chambre les cadres sont cassés, les matelas sont sales, et surtout ... Il n'y a qu'une seule prise dans toute la chambre ! Super j'ai dû me lisser les cheveux au feeling sans miroir Je voyage beaucoup en france et a l'étranger. C'est de loin l'hôtel le plus pourri dans lequel j'ai dormi Et c'est horriblement cher pour ce que c'est

Pour une nuit, ça peut aller...
Habitués à des voyages pas luxueux et un peu partout en Europe, nous ne nous attendions pas à beaucoup pour cette chambre à "bon prix" pour la ville de Marseille mais pas à ce point...! Chambre très petite, au RDC, sombre, d'une propreté limite. Nous avions une seule prise pour tous nos appareils... L'hotel est toutefois bien située, à proximité de tout. L'acceuil et la gentillesse des employés est notable et se démarque grandement de la plupart des autres hébergements visités lors de notre voyage.

accueil froid, avertissement dès notre arrivée qu'il faudra payer avant de partir. A la réception, notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée. Facture de 138€ réglée à l'hôtel paradis + 138€ réglé à hôtels.com, les chambres dans un 3 étoiles à Marseille: 60€ la nuit !!! 276€ les 2 nuits. Merci Hôtels.com.

Om du är kräsen och vill betala lite för ett bra hotell, gå vidare. Det här hotellet är inget för dig. Jag kom till hotellet på kvällen och blev rädd av både omgivningen och själva byggnaden. ett gammalt och slitet hotell, rummet var litet och tunna vägar. frukost buffe var begränsad. men personalen var trevliga men kunde tyvärr inte prata engelska. bara sista dagen vid utcheckningen var en ung man som kunde engelska. hotellet ligger nära arabkvarteren. Det kändes att man är i Nord Afrika inte i Frankrike.

Alles eine Katastrophe. Klimaanlage und Telefon defekt. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Musste mit Gepäck zwei Querstraßen laufen. Kein klodeckel oder Brille. Frühstücksbuffet total überteuert für diese karge Angebot. Aufzug und Treppenaufgang für dicke Menschen ungeeignet. Wintergarten total verdreckt. Matratze und Kissen total hart .Staub auf der Lampe und nachts kam sir dann auch noch von der Decke.Ich weiß nicht was fotografiert wurde aber auf keinen Fall das Zimmer welches ich hatte.

je recommande cet établissement
personnel accueuillant et à l'écoute petit déjeuner un peu juste et je pense que pour attirer des touristes Allemands il faut absolument prévoir du salé ( fromage etc.... )

그냥 보통의.
오래된 건물이라 엘리베이터가 엄청 작음. 두사람타고 24인치 캐리어 두개 실으면 끝. 그리고 오래된 건물인 만큼 방음을 기대하면 안됨. 옆방에서 통화하던 소리 다들림. 밤에 엘베 움직이는 소리가 다 들림. 밤중에 뜬금없이 샤워기에서 물떨어짐. 그리고 수압 약함. 주변은 생각보다는 조용하고 걸어서 5분이내에 메트로 있음. 조금만 더 걸어가면 노트르담성당과 구항구 있어서 위치적으론 나쁘지않으나 기차역에서 멈. 그리고 리셉션 직원이 매우매우매우 친절!

L'accueil sauve cet hôtel.
Très bon accueil, chaleureux et convivial. Chambre très mal insonorisee... au point d'être reveillee dans la nuit. Une fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas, câble electrique décollé. Loin du vieux port.... 20mn de marche. Pas de bouilloire ds la chambre, mais café offert par le personnel. Petite cour fermée sympathique. Rue marchande, le soir, pas de restaurant ou pub. Dommage! Pas de bar ds l'hôtel. Ascenseur pas aux normes.
