"Pretty solid B&B. Friendly and welcoming host. Clean and comfortable. Lovely location, just a shame it was in the middle of a storm so couldn’t appreciate the area. Was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Only real downsides for me is there was no desk or chair to work at and was asked to check out half an hour earlier than the booking stated. I would return, but would also appreciate a veggie/vegan breakfast being offered. "

I had room 4, a single en-suite room, with coffee/tea in the room and clean shower facilities."

"A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

The kitchen delivers an exceptional Indian menu at a very competitive price. Well worth a visit, and only 5 mins from the National Memorial Arboretum."

"I liked the vibe of the place and everything was convenient. The room was very competitively priced and was very spacious. My only gripe was that the wifi signal was poor in my room (room 6) to the point where I couldn't use it. This could be a big problem for some people but I could make do. The signal seemed to be fine elsewhere around the site. The mattress was also a little on the 'firm' side."

"Great hotel with boutique rooms. The staff were simply amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and although a bit tired in places was spotlessly clean. We upgraded from continental breakfast to full English and omg, it was so good and a very large portion. I must also mention the coffee which was, and this is no exaggeration the best we have ever tasted, it was from ‘Forge’ coffee roasters in Sheffield if you are interested. If we are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to...
