"Conveniently located. Very friendly and responsive staff. Good value for money.
Great selection of food in the restaurant. Will definitely stay here again."
"Terrible experience, this hotel room doesn’t even worth Rs 500 per night. Bed sheets and towels are almost turned black and they still insist to use those. Food is okay waste ( we had food outside even though it was part of the hotel booking).
Overall DO NOT BOOK this hotel , instead select to stay at Bus stand."
"Room was filthy and there were ants and roaches all over. Manager said that is normal for a budget hotel. We tried different rooms but they all had the same problem. We had to move out with little help from them except for one staff member. Want refund. "
"I confirmed my stay via expedia. On my arrival the guy at the reception says they don't accept bookings via expedia. I booked an ac room for 1day at 1300rs. He was offering me a non ac for 1300rs which was their standard room rates.. I asked him to show me the room b4 I book it. The room was untidy and small and uncomfortable. And not worth 500rs either. I dint no continue my booking there. hence, chose to stay at another hotel."

"Overall the hotel was well presented and catered well to keep residents happy and occupied whilst in the resort. Located in south Goa it was quite an isolated type resort, which is expected.
Abit of a shame that not all of the restaurants were open and half board stayers had to resort to the same restaurant each evening, and that events or construction of some sort what going on when we were there. Service generally was good, just a little slow at times."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the the staff were welcoming, accommodating, helpful and courteous. In fact, my experience with Holiday Inn started when I booked the hotel a few months ago. I emailed several times and each time they responded quickly, efficiently, politely and with helpful information. Nothing was ever too much for them and their communication skills are excellent - this gave me great confidence after I made the booking. (Other hotels lacked this which did not give me the reassurance I needed). As far as I am concerned, my holiday starts when I have made the booking and having reassurance is extremely important otherwise instead of looking forward to it, you can be worried. Thank you to all those staff on the front desk who responded to my emails. Also a big thank you to concierge for going to the pharmacy to get me medicine for the infected bites I had.
The hotel was extremely clean and the staff throughout were extremely accommodating especially to some of the dietary requirements we had. Thank you to all the chefs for making us the dishes we required.
We celebrated two wedding anniversaries and the staff acknowledged this. We also organised a surprise private beach dinner which was beautiful and a lovely experience - thank you Praveen for this.
The hotel has a private access to the beach, well worth it. The beach was extremely clean, even the water was clear, so so clean! I was extremely impressed with it! "
