After everything let’s hope hard rock is better
The towels were so badly conditions reception staff so rude fridge leaking in the room ruin my shoes and. Clothes reported the matter no one followed it up gym equipment dangerous breakfast staff were the only people who were polite

The Hotel is lovely and smartly fit out. The reception teem are excellent and very helpful. I felt that in a Hotel of this Caliber in this location would be more in tune to having British clientele. Therefore it wokk up me be a good idea to have bar and waiting staff with a better grasp of the language.

Don’t stay here. Save your money
The hotel simply doesn’t measure up to the price point. It was lacking in virtually every category from service to cleanliness and left you wanting more at every opportunity. The air conditioner in our room went out two consecutive nights and the staff was unwilling to help alleviate the burden or fix the problem. The rooms smelled like feet and the “breakfast” wouldn’t pass at McDonald’s.

Go elsewhere it’s got bad
Not the place it used to be full of young inconsiderate people; hardly any sleep because of the all night room party’s and lack of control by hotel staff. Also the hotel is closing down in a few weeks so I don’t think the staff care no wonder the rooms have not been given a lick of paint they are nackered just like I am after a week of stress at this place

Bit over priced
A nice stay but a fight every day to get a sun bed not what you expect when paying top money very friendly staff unlike a lot of the clientele that were quite frankly very rude as an adult only hotel some of the guests were worse than children

hotel is ok, but staff, no idea, probably understaffed....cleaning ladies walked in 3 times on day of check out, wanted kind of cleaning...check in took over 45 minutes and check out, looked the same...I just droped my card and left...even no box for fast check out....

The hotel did not satisfy us as a 4 star hotel and for the high rate I paid for it. I paid 40 euros extra a night as well for a premium room which was not much premium after all. No hotel room slippers available and when I we asked for them they said it wasn’t free and we had to pay just over 5 euros for each. Over 35 years of my travelling all around the world it was the first time I had to pay for these disposable slippers. They collected 10 euros for each pool towel which was returned by the check out. Not a good policy when you are paying premium fees. No 24 hours room service available. The hotel is next to the motorway and as such rooms are very noisy if balcony door or any window is open. The buffet was disappointing so we had to pay and leave after 5 minutes to eat outside the hotel. Overall not worth the money and we would not go back there again. P.s nice staff but poor and unfriendly policies.

We would definitely stay here again, beautiful hotel, staff we’re extremely polite and helpful and as for the cleanliness - couldn’t fault them. Watching the pool and outside area staff doing their cleaning routine was mesmerising, so meticulous! The only negative I would say was our beds, we asked for a double but we got a twin room, which was no big deal, or wouldn’t of been if it the beds had been a bit more sturdy. Having said that we would still happily return. Thank you Andalucia Plaza!

Stayed for 2 nights. Overall good and not more than expected. Pleasant and comfortable. Good breakfast and staff. Clean rooms. The pool might not be suitable if you are over 50+ or for familys with older kids cause of many loud 20-30 year olds (atleast when I was there).

This is a very nice hotel. It was not that busy at the time of our stay but easy and free parking on site. Very polite, helpful and pleasant staff. It has easy access down to the beach-front and Marina too. The one negative - and it was fairly significant - was that the air conditioning in our room, even when turned to maximum cooling, was blowing out air that was warmer than the room. Consequentially we had to have the balcony door open all night to keep cool enough to sleep and the side of the building we were on faced a very busy main road -( I think it was the "S7 or N7" which meant it was noisy through the night and my sleep was disturbed - especially if a sports car or a lorry went by (which was fairly frequent).

The room was basic and a little sparse. Despite advertising a tv in both rooms of a junior suite, there was in fact only one. The hotel offered me a move after I had unpacked, which I declined. A little incident when one of the cups for me to use,was covered in lipstick !! A platter of fruit was left to cmpensate

Nice quality hotel. Nice clean room with a view over the pool. 6-7 minute walk to the beach but via a slightly grubby underpass. Breakfast was good. Close to the port for nightlife. Always a queue of taxis available. A supermarket and a few nice little food places for lunch right opposite.

The front desk staff were great as was housekeeping. The fact that you need to pay for your safe was a little iffy. The exchange rate in the hotel was great. Room service sucked. The breakfast buffet was ok but you have to like that kind of food that they served. The concierge to help book you day retreats sucked as well so i say make sure you have your itinerary planned in advanced. definitely speak some spanish!
