If you’re looking for a hotel on a budget it’s the place. It’s not the Ritz Carlton you get what you pay for that being said it’s great for the price. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It has a 7/11 just outside the lobby that was convenient.

Red planet rooms always small but clean this one however area outside not good unless you like Gogo bars and drums being banged until 1am security/fire door left open all nit as broken and can't shut very noisy outside avoid room 416 as next too bars

This place doesn’t offer a sliver of soap or a bottle of water. It forces you to accept financial responsibility for soiled bedsheets in the contract. The room is so tiny that you can barely open a suitcase on the floor. The district is seedy. There are many better places available for the price.

However, since the pandemic started in 2020, Red Planet Manila Mabini has been an accredited quarantine facility by the Department of Health and Bureau of Quarantine, in order to address the needs of the country in providing decent accommodation to all all arriving residents and repatriates of the Philippines.
Further, the information on the status of the hotel was provided in the Expedia website under its special booking instructions wherein it was clearly stated that the hotel is a quarantine facility and that we only accept travelers who are requiring quarantine.
