Great property, Great staff, Good music vibes by the pool. AC worked great, Great variation of food. Room rates were very good. Very close and convenient to shopping.

Bad first impression on whole Lime Hote experience
Lime Hotel was so short staffed that our experience suffered. The room was not up to par (broken toilet seat, clogged sink and shower, irregular cleaning of rooms/changing bed sheets, dirty/in cleaned smelling towels, no hair dryer in room, cockroach in the elevator) and service was less ideal as we need to go to the front desk a few times from unanswered phone calls. The front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff tried their best to do service recovery and apologize, but the various issues that kept coming up can only go so far. Additionally, they all report back that all these problems can be traced back from not enough people to attend to customers' requests and complaints.

Overall was good. Except the flooring are leaking water is coming out. Even back of the toilet and beside the bed are leaking. Hopefully you guys can fix it.

Lime Hotel is still relatively new compared to the area. You get what you spend in regards to the room. My family stayed in the standard twin room which is a little small compared to most hotels. I stayed in the Premier Room which had adequate space for 2 people to sleep. They provided enough toiletries in my room. The only problem I had was how busy the hotel is which leads to a lot of people using the hotel elevators. The hotel needs to provide people the option of using the stairs with proper signage on how to go down from the lobby to the ground floor. The breakfast buffet is filipino focused which provided good food for the price.

The hotel is building over time. The cost of the property is cheaper than the surrounding hotels. The elevators are small and always busy. The buffet is good for the price. The staff is always helpful.

Great location - Manila Bay. Great eating options - Seascape, Mall of Asia Grab is quick and plentiful. The drivers’ staging area is down the street. The hotel have open their Lime Club. The rooms are very bright and have an open layout. Go for the corner rooms!

As the land reclamation project progresses, there’s less Manila Bay view to enjoy. The hotel did bump up their site with the Lime Club. Some of my previous feedback remains unchanged. The elevators still need improvement.

The property has a great location bayside, however because of dredging/land reclamation project, there are noises associated with the work. It’s also just a matter of time before this property seizes to be bayside. The hotel is well lit and attractive at night but in the daytime, most Grab drivers have a hard time finding the place. The front of the property also looks unwelcoming. The side of the property have some homeless people. And not new to complaints since I saw this on their reviews year ago - the elevators. They have use their freight elevator to increase their elevators to three, however simple things like having the elevator make a ding/ring noise when it arrives on your floor - you end up missing it if you’re not paying attention since it opens without a sound. Also put the floor numbers by the doors so you’d know what floor you’re on. I also fail to understand why their lobby is on the third floor. There’s no distinctive difference in the floors appearance. Lastly, on their restaurant, there are tables place in front of the exit doors. Please take this as a constructive feedback. I only bring these up because I want you to be better.

Cons: - calling them was very difficult. It took me about 20 try to get a hold of someone. By the time I get a hold of the receptionist they asked me to text them for the information. That’s when I realized it was not a landline and I think they don’t have one. - parking was difficult. It says online fcfs but when we parked the attendant says you have to informed them that your leaving so they can add your car info their list for reservation. -skydeck customer service was not good. Some of the servers were all in the bar area. Servers did come to us right away. It was really slow. Food wait time took about 1.5hrs just for nachos and bulalo. We ended up leaving and just requested room service instead. - lastly and probably the worst ELEVATOR ever!!!OMG!!!!! It was too small, slow and wait time was crazy!! It was difficult to go up and down. We waited about 30min just to go down.:( we ended using the stairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: -interior and design of the hotel was amazing! -easy check in -buffet was delicious -pool and rooptop deck was nice. Will I come back? Yes for the rooms and view not for the elevator. Lol
