Fantastic hotel well within walking distance of most city centre attractions. A visit to the Cloud 23 bar is a must, though book in advance if you want a table with a view.Pricey at the bar - but worth it.

The staff were both efficient and friendly. Considering it is a 5* hotel you didn't feel as tho' you had to be dressed up all the time.

This bold and imposing hotel is based in Deansgate which is just a brief walk from the bustling shops and funky bars and clubs. It overlooks the skyline at over 50 floors, has an immaculate interior with acclaimed Bar23 on the 23rd floor, restaurant on ground floor, gym, sauna and swimming pool facilities.

“Good hotel, shame about the cocktail bar!”

We thought the hotel couldn't be faulted at the price we got it for. However the much-hyped cocktail bar was a let-down. Great views and lovely staff (if perhaps a little over worked so lots of waiting), but tatty furniture, no dress code and far FAR too many of the cocktails were not available. Apparently they were taken by surprise by having a lot of clients on the Saturday night (?!) so a lot of the ingredients not available Sunday evening. Somewhat surprising on the Sunday, but extremely irritating when we returned on the Monday for a special celebration.

I have stayed in this hotel several times now and would definitely recommend iTit. The location is excellent as are the staff, rooms and restaurant and bar. Stay in an execvutive room and you get access to the executive lounge on flor 23 where you get breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day, you also check in and out here and hence avoid the queues of the main reception. Cloud 23 is also worth a mention and although pricey (9 pounds for a bellini) the drinks are georgous as are the views from the bar!! The only fault i have with it is that there is no car park, althoiugh there is a NCP one just across the road and you do get a 40% reducation from the concierge. Love this hotel, strogly recommended!!

Had a wonderful time staying in the Hilton in Deansgate. We stayed in an executive room on the 18th floor and it was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the executive facilities on the 23rd floor, views over the city amazing, and had a brilliant time in Cloud 23 ( cocktail lounge also on the 23rd floor). Every member of staff we met were very curteous and professional. The Hotel is very central and we were a short walk to fantastic shops/ restaurants and bars.
