“never again”
We had to wait for over two hours for our room to be cleaned and that after the long flights. Staff were not very friendly. The rooms are small and very tired. The public areas are quite nice but the rooms need to be up graded. A little paint and new furniture would do wonders. We wanted to up grade our room as I believed when we booked that we would be facing thebay but we were facing a small marina and scrub land. We were told that there was nothing available but to check back in a day or so but we alway got the same answer. The food was awful. I think I even lost weight while we were there. There was a lot of it but of low quality. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I return to it. There are so many hotel in the area that I think might be better value for your money
“Not impressed”
Fantastic location, right at the water's edge. However, the reception staff extremely abrupt and very unhelpful. Most of the waiters/waitresses wandered around aimlessly and appeared to ignore the guests. It seems that there was a total lack of authority and supervision by suitably qualified people. If they can get these problems sorted, it will be a great hotel.

Les chambres avec vue sur mer sont ensoleillées avec une vue sur la baie de spinola, à savoir la terrasse et les piscines sont de ce côté.

hotel calme et lumineux, personnel accueillant ,super petit déjeuner. les chambres sont spacieuses avec du rangement. peut être à noter le manque de diversité dans le buffet du soir, en demi pension, mais la qualité dse plats était très bonne.
“Vue imprenable, service impeccable”
Très bon hôtel dans un quartier moyen. Le service était excellent, le personnel accueillant et intentionné. Vraiment une très bonne adresse. Un bémol sur le prix des 75cl d'eau à 3 euros 50!
