Lovely well maintained hotel, large apartments. Friendly and super helpful staff, willing to help with bus timetables, pronunciation, and very kindly extended room stay for us. Had the large pool to ourselves, lifeguard on duty, small collection of free books to exchange, near to small but clean beach, easy trek to a tower with great view over the bay. This is an upmarket area catering to wealthy older German couples and British families, nice and quiet to stay in but for eating and shopping, grab the bus to Peguera.

WARNING stay away at weekends - an outside party was organised for saturday where booming music was blasting out - so loud we and other paying guests had to leave pool - shame there was no consideration for paying guests !! And childrens party was organised for the sunday - spanish children are very loud!! During the week pool area was lovely and quiet with nice pool bar. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location 3 mins walk from beach and restaurants. Would recommend bar bagari - good reasonable food . Pool towels were provided on request. Staff were lovely and friendly - would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the loud pool party

Relaxing holiday Apartments.
Our holiday at Villa Real was just what we needed. Very relaxing & comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide an apartment suiting our wheelchair user son. The food in restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. All staff friendly and communicated well. We will return, hopefully soon.

Nice property, clean but services was lacking and sometime inappropriate. Actively leaking fridge in the room and we were only offered to get our food stored somewhere else. No refund offered, they refused to get us another room. No compensation whatsoever. When asking a nice restaurant recommandation, staff (in their mid 20’s probably) sent us to a resto bar for very young people even if we are in our 50’s….Inappropriate as they should know how to target their suggestions according to their client’s age. Anyway, nice property. So so service

The rooms and the amenities were modern, and the staff was excellent; they were very friendly and accommodating. The location could not have been better. 1 bus away from Palma and the airport. Airport buses run as early as 4:45am. I would recommend this hotel.

To be recommended- and I rarely say that!
our second stay, albeit a brief one this time, and in the space of 9 months they have upgraded the reception and pool area, particularly access to the latter. Friendly, well located (half an hour drive from airport and minutes from the beach) accommodating, superb value for money, spacious air conditioned suites, clean with daily housekeeping and flexible on check out time. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Average hotel but nice area.
I stayed there with friends for 7 nights, the overall condition of the room was average but it is what we expected for the price, however one of the door leading into the balcony was not secure because the lock was broken, but the overall area was safe and luckily we did not have anyone steal our belongings. It was very close to the beach. The only downside with the staff was that they did not clean our apartment as often as they should have.

Thank you for your review As we are apartments, we do not clean them. We leave towels every after the other day and sheets also and of course if someone needs often.

could be so much better ....
We didn't pay a lot for our five day break, so were not expecting too much ... on the upside , the staff were very nice and the location is good. unfortunatly the rooms are very tired looking and the furniture mostly damaged. we were unlucky to get a second floor room where the balcony had a view of a wall ... just a wall ..!! the pool area is also in need of updating. Reception is open from 9.00 till 12.00 so difficult to talk to staff If you are looking for a no frills break and don't plan to stay in the hotel much then possibly this might do ..

The staff was very friendly. The property was clean and the atmosphere nice. The only aspect that we did not like was the bed. It was only 140cm and the mattress was sagging.

Ottima struttura! Nonostante varie difficoltà incontrate e presentatesi a causa nostra (errata prenotazione e smagnetizzazione della chiave), il personale è stato super disponibile nel venirci incontro e nel comunicare con noi. Unica pecca è la totale assenza di locali nei dintorni, che ha ridotto la permanenza a Camp de mar al solo pernottamento.

Ruim, mooi en kleinschalig appartementencomplex. Gunstig gelegen o.a. vlak bij zee. Ruim zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en stoelen. En de koffie (cortado) was erg goed! Al het personeel was erg attent en behulpzaam.

Super søde ansatte og tæt på strand
Lille, hyggeligt hotel med fin standard og rigtig god beliggenhed med 150 meter til stranden. Personalet er supersøde og hjælpsomme. Værelset var nyistandsat, rummeligt og rent. Vi var meget glade for at bo der. God mad og lækre drinks i deres restaurant på terrassen, hvor der altid var liv og hygge. Man skal dog forvente, at nogle ting svarer til de 2,5 stjerner. Fx køleskab af ældre dato og mindre fancy møbler på balkonen. Men det var skønt at have køkken og køleskab på værelset. Stranden var med sand, palmer og hippe restauranter. Dejlig rolig badeby.

Etablissement situé à quelques pas de la plage, ce qui est très agréable! Super communication, hôtel très propre. Le seul petit regret est le bruit à la piscine l'après-midi et le manque d'ustensiles pour préparer à manger mais le reste est top!

Mejor de le esperado
El apartamento estaba mejor de lo esperado, aunque he echado de menos un espejo de cuerpo entero, una banqueta en el cuarto de baño y alguna percha más. Por lo demás la situación era estupenda, el personal de la cafetería y la atención inmejorable. En general la estancia ha sido muy positiva.

goed, jammer van airco
Over het algemeen zeer goed, behalve dan het feit dat de airco enkel werkt tussen 20u en 5u, waardoor het moeilijk te koelen is. Maar zeer nette kamers, leuk zwembadje (na een week was het wel duidelijk dat er nogal wat zonnecrème in zat). Ontbijt ter plaatse is karig voor de prijs, maar je kunt gemakkelijk zelf voor je ontbijtje zorgen op de kamer.

Jättetrevligt hotell med personlig atmosfär och bra poolområde. Vackert beläget med utsikt över berg och till viss del hav. Bra och prisvärda lättare rätter på hotellet. Nära till fin strand med bra restaurang.
