Family break
We stayed for a week at Easter when the weather was mild (19oC). The house itself was clean, kitchen is very modern, plenty of space inside and out. The house was a little chilly in the evening, but I guess that’s because it was early April. Location is quiet, on the outskirts of Pollenca, easy access to surrounding areas but you would need a car. The pool is a great size and also quite deep, so not ideal for very young children. My youngest is 1.1m and was too deep for him to stand. Older children loved it. There was outdoor cooking/bbq facilities available, we didn’t use these. Overall lovely holiday home on a beautiful part of the island.

Lovely villa

Good outdoors house not much inside
The property was clean and nice, kitchen new., rooms and baths were ok, but not AC, if you carch a hot week you will sweat all night long. The best part is the garden and the pool. The villa is isolated and we suffer for that has one day we didnt have water and was not a nice experience… The bbq is also very good but there are not tools to work and it is a real mess when you want to use with a fork of the kitchen…taking in account that in the kitchen the cutlery is counted, so if you fill up the house be ready to wash minimum twice per day. Location is good and very quite with no disturbance at nights.

Great location
We had a great holiday, lovely house with plenty of room for six of us, loved the pool too. Pollença is only a 20 min walk and port au Pollença is a 10 min drive. Great place and very nice owner. Thanks Cati for a great holiday. Antony and family from Bristol.

A lovely home, spotlessly clean and a wonderful setting
We had a lovely holiday, the villa was spotlessly clean. The outside space was really good. The bedrooms were equipped with fans which kept us cool at night. The swimming pool sat beside a beautiful orchard and overall it was a great holiday, Cati was excellent in her communication before and during our holiday. I will definitely rebook for our next holiday. The location requires a car, however old town is walkable and the taxi service is great. I would recommend highly and really great for families. The area is lovely, great restaurants and lots to see and do. The only issue for us was the water pressure for a shower but we managed fine.

Excellent Villa with a brilliant pool!
Our first time in Mallorca and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The Villa was exactly as advertised- well equipped and very clean. We (3 adults and 3 Children) were all very pleased/ impressed with the Villa. The pool and outside area were excellent and the kids (especially) really enjoyed the pool. We would definitely go back! Also, thanks to Cati who was very helpful from the moment we booked the Villa.

Fantastic villa with great pool
We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It had great facilities. We all really enjoyed the pool. The BBQ also got a lot of use. Picking fresh fruit from the orchard in the morning was also something the children enjoyed doing. It’s location was really good we walked into Pollença a couple of times. Definitely would go back and I have already recommended the villa to others.

Lovely house and great pool, in beautiful surroundings
We loved our few days at this property. The pool is great, and the garden is beautiful and big! The house had everything we needed (maybe a pool net for cleaning the pool would be a handy addition) and we would definitely go back. We had a car and travelled around the area a bit - Pollenca town and Port de Pollença were both lovely in their different ways. The Sunday morning market in Pollença was amazing and we picked up a few locally made bargains! We are a family with older teens, and for us it was an ideal property. Cati was great at communicating with us throughout the reservation process and after, and the 12 noon checkout on the last day was really handy as we had a late flight home. In summary, it’s great!

Good place to stay
The outside private pool and patio area more than make up for the pretty basic villa. If it's not high season, the villa will be cold and is more than a little damp. But, the outside area is superb, a very good pool and outside facilities good too. Very private but only a 10 min drive to the port or a 5 min drive to Pollenca. Would recommend

Thanks for your comment, we will include a dehumidifier and several radiators for the beginnings of the season so that the house is warmer.

Really lovely villa
We had a fantastic week at the villa. Excellent location between old town Pollensa and Peurto Pollensa. The pool and outside area is perfect-loads of space and completely private. The villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen is quite small but it has everything you need so not a problem at all. Would definitely recommend this villas and we would love to return!

Lovely rustic villa
We enjoyed a great holiday at Can Verga in August. Fabulous pool and lounge area, peaceful villa in rural location. Not too far from the gorgeous Pollensa old town. A couple of the rooms were a bit tired and could do with being updated but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The owners also have a great pizza restaurant in town that I would recommend - the food was yummy!

Sehr schönes Haus. Reicht völlig aus für große Familien/ Gruppen. Der Pool war sehr schön. Schnelle Wege nach Pollenca, Alcudia etc. Konstruktive Kritik an die Vermieter: -Klimaanlagen installieren -Kühlschrank austauschen

Baleares un peu à l'écart de la foule.
Tres belle piscine et superbe verger, à l'ecart de la foule mais facilement accessible. Maison fonctionnelle. On peut seulement regretter l'absence de climatisation, notamment dans la chambre au sud ouest.

Perfect!
Mooi, groot en schoon huis. Er was een prachtige tuin die heel goed bijgehouden werd. Onze kindjes van 0 en 2 vonden het zwembad fantastisch. De ligging was rustig, maar binnen 10 minuten was je met de auto op de boulevard van port Pollensa of Alcudia. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep prettig, op onze berichten werd snel gereageerd. We hebben echt genoten!

Havre de paix dans un cadre nature et montagne
Maison impeccable à notre arrivée avec les lits faits. L’extérieur est très agréable avec un jardin fruitier et une vue sur les montagnes. Nous étions début mai et avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était fraiche mais agréable. Les salles de bain et chambres sont fonctionnelles, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La ville de Pollença est tout proche avec des commerces alimentaires très bien. Environnement très calme (sauf le coq à côté). Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, nous avons eu un soucis avec des abeilles et ils sont tout de suite intervenus.

Stechmücken-Alarm im Oktober
Mit dem Objekt waren wir im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Es wäre schön wenn man an den Fenstern einfache Fliegengitter anbringen könnte. Es war unmöglich nachts und tagsüber ein Fenster zu öffnen da die Stechmücken zu dieser Jahreszeit wohl sehr viel vorkommen. Auch draussen sitzen war fast unmöglich ohne komplett verstochen zu werden. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.....

Vielen Dank für Ihren freundlichen Kommentar. Ja, es ist eine sehr gute Idee, Moskitonetze an den Fenstern anzubringen, wir werden es für die nächste Saison berücksichtigen. In diesem Herbst haben Hitze und Feuchtigkeit das Auftreten von Mücken reaktiviert.

Schöner Urlaub
Haus und Garten sind sehr großzügig. Eins der Bäder ist sehr modern, das andere ( noch)nicht, aber trotzdem funktionstüchtig. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Abfluss und den Warmwasser. Das wurde aber nach 24 Stunden behoben. Auf dem Nachbarngrundstücken gibt es einige Hühner/ Hähne, die mich persönlich aber nicht gestört/ geweckt haben. Das Trinkwasser hat einen Eigengeschmack und im Flur plätschert ständig die Zisterne. Das hört man auch im angrenzenden Schlafzimmer wenn man nicht die Tür nachts schließt. Der ist super und die Küche ist super modern und groß

Formidable!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Cati. Elle est bien équipée, fonctionnelle et a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes, avec le super plus du verger et ses oranges succulentes. La piscine a été bien entretenue, très discrètement. Notre groupe d'amis est vraiment ravi et nous vous recommandons cette maison.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil
Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Die Finca hält nicht nur was versprochen wird, es ist noch viel schöner. Wir haben Orangen direkt vom Baum gepflückt und die Tage wirklich genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat hervorragend geklappt, wir haben sogar eine Flasche Wein und Oliven als Willkommensgruß vorgefunden. Die Räume waren sauber und gepflegt, die Küche gut ausgestattet und der Pool stand im Mittelpunkt unseres Urlaubs. Lediglich der etwas unangenehme Geruch in den Schlafräumen hat uns gestört. Trotzdem würden wir dieses wunderschöne Feriendomizil jederzeit wieder mieten.

Siento lo del olor en los dormitorios, hemos hablado con el servicio de limpieza para que tomen medidas para evitar que se repita esta situación, no entendemos que pudo provocar el mal olor.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus entsprach in vollem Umfang den Beschreibungen und unseren Erwartungen. Der Mittelpunkt des Urlaubs war der tolle Pool, in dem wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Im eigenen Garten wachsen verschiedenste Früchte, die wir sehr genossen haben. Die Finca ist nicht weit von Alcudia entfernt und wir konnten innerhalb weniger Minuten den Strand erreichen. Die Kommunikation und die Übergabe mit den Vermieter war hervorragend. Das WLAN ist verbesserungswürdig, und eine Klimaanlage für die Nächte wäre schön. Ansosnten war alles sehr gut.

Kurzurlaub auf Mallorca
Insgesamt hat die Ferienwohnung unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, war sauber und in einem guten Gesamtzustand. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn weit genug entfernt. Der Garten und die Terrasse ist kaum einsehbar, sodass man auch entspannt am Pool liegen kann. Bei der Anreise gab es leider Probleme das Objekt zu finden, da die bei FeWo angegebene Position nur ungefähr stimmt. Der Marker auf der Karte liegt über einen Kilometer daneben und nur mit der Adresse kann Google Maps es auch nicht präziser anzeigen. Hier empfiehlt es sich auf der Webseite des eigentlichen Anbieters „Spain Villas Resort“ nach dem Objekt POL0043 zu suchen. Darüber hinaus gab es leider am Anreisetag noch weitere Verwirrung, da der Vermieter vergessen hatte das wir kommen und die Wohnung erst nach unserer Ankunft fertig gemacht wurde. Hier hätte man vielleicht ein paar Tage vor Anreise nochmal nachfragen müssen. Da wir Bezahlt und eine Buchungsbestätigung bekommen hatten, sind wir davon ausgegangen dies würde ausreichen. Ob dies an unserer nicht erwarteten Anreise lag oder es immer so gehandhabt wird wissen wir nicht: Es gab nur eine minimale Ausstattung von Verbrauchsmaterialien. Das Starter-Kit in der Küche und Waschraum waren in Ordnung: Spülmittel, Spüllappen, Schwamm, zwei Spülmaschinentabs und zweimal Waschmittel. Vermisst haben wir jedoch zum Start ein bisschen Toilettenpapier, Handwaschseife, ein paar zusätzliche Müllbeutel und vielleicht eine Rolle Küchenpapier. Es war kein Staubsauger vorhanden und kein Kehrblech mit Schaufel welches man bräuchte um den Grill vernünftig zu leeren. In der Küche befinden sich nur zwei Pfannen welche auf dem Induktionsherd überhaupt funktionieren und diese sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es gibt leider auch keinen Pfannenwender aus Plastik/Holz, sondern nur aus Metall, womit man die Pfannen auch nicht pfleglich behandeln kann. Darüber hinaus ist die Küche relativ neu und in einem guten Zustand; der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist groß genug. Geschirr und Besteck ist ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt und die Wohnung trotzdem in Ordnung und hat uns gefallen, jedoch könnten auch einige Dinge noch verbessert werden.

Toller Urlaub, immer wieder gerne.
Alles in Allem, ein sehr schönes, familienfreundliches Haus. Das Objekt ist in einem guten Zustand und nicht verwohnt. Eine Klimaanlage wäre jedoch dringend notwendig. Zumindest lagen die Nachttemperaturen zu unserer Reisezeit (August) immer so um die 28 - 32 Grad im Gebäude und man siedet beim schlafen so vor sich hin. Die Lage ist auch recht gut, Lidl, Eroski etc. sind ca. 10 Automin. entfernt. Der schöne Strand von Port Polenca ist ebenfalls in 10 Automin. gut erreichbar. Jedoch ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Zu Fuß (zumindest mit Familie) kann man das Haus eher nicht verlassen, da es an der Straße keine Fußgängerwege gibt. Das schließt leider schöne Abendspaziergänge aus. Wir blieben dann am Pool und der Terrasse (wozu die schöne Außenanlage sicherlich einläd) bzw. fuhren mit dem Auto nach Alcudia, Polenca oder Port Polenca. Als nerviges kleines Mango, bleiben noch die gefräßigen Moskitos zu erwähnen, die in Scharen über uns hergefallen sind. Nicht selten hat man am Abend/ nach der Nacht 30 neue Stiche am Körper. Hierfür kann aber letztlich keiner was, man sollte sich aber darauf einstellen.

Uns hat das Anwesen sehr gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder. Der große Garten mit dem Pool war sehr schön. Auch das Haus mit der neuen Küche war sehr schön.

Perfect situation for us.
We have stayed at Can Verga before and really enjoyed it again this year. We were 2 families of 4 each and it was perfect for us. The standout feature is the large pool which the kids spent nearly every waking hour in. Well located and highly recommended. Thanks Cati
