Great value hotel
A lovely hotel, excellent value for money and in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants, shops. My room was clean, nice size, well presented (no aircon but nice big fan which worked well)

Had a fantastic 2 weeks stay here. All the staff were lovely, especially Ernesto and Alberto who made us feel more like family than guests. The rooms were spotless and the hotel is so close to the port with some great bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and we will definitely be coming back again soon

Cheap ,clean and well maintained hotel . Staff was really helpful and polite . It’s only 1 minutes walk from the port ratjada .

Reasonable location, value and service. The owner and night staff are lovely. The Cuban man and his daughter are awful to guests unless they are Spanish.

Good location, affordable hotel but condition could be better, cockroaches, very damp, rooms only tidied and only every two days, choice at breakfast was very limited and quality was poor except for the bread. Hotel receptionist is nice but always too busy.

the room didn't look like the photos, the shower was awful as was broke so when turned on it aimed for the mirror soaking everything in its path. the bed cover aka a bed sheet was so thin and provided no warmth. Wifi was only in the lobby and was slow. breakfast in the morning throughout the whole stay consisted of bread, cheese, ham, and two other meats with a selection of 2 cereal and a coffee machine.

Great location but no air con.
Didn't realise there would be no air conditioning in the rooms. Found it impossible to sleep in temperatures of up to 50 degrees at night. Otherwise a cheap and cheerful hotel.

Dirty room, unfriendly staff
Our room was extremely dirty and loud at night. We wanted to change our room, but the staff were not helpfull. First they didn't speak english, and after then when we finally understand each other, they told us we can change our room another day but that was not true. Another day came, and we couldn't change, so we stayed in that uncomfortable room. We didn't like it at all. They changed the towels daily but they were always dirty and stained. Bathroom dirty, toalet also. There were sign of Wifi but it wasn't worked. I know its not a luxury hotel, but at least the staff could have been more friendly.

Top-Hotel für kleines Geld
Einfaches günstiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage, unweit vom Hafen, vom Zentrum und der Promenade. Die Zimmer sind relativ neu, schönes Bad, großer Balkon. Toll ist, dass man den Pool bis 23 Uhr nutzen darf. An den Wochenende wird gegrillt für die Gäste. Auch ein Billardtisch ist vorhanden. Sehr nette Inhaber. Mehr braucht man nicht. Ich habe hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht.

The stay was not good, the service was really bad, no real cleaning. Even after several friendly requests I did not receive a fresh towel- the same towel for 7 days was not nice.

Okay if you're a minimalist
The place was okay, no internet in the rooms, only in common areas. Clean rooms with a small balcony and private bathroom. A bit expensive for what you get, but amazing hiking trails just up the road.

Mucha calor en la habitación con un ventilador que apenas funcionaba. El lavabo estaba muy buen y limpio y la habitación era más grande que en otros hostales. Las camas bien para pasar tres noches, pero habían falta más toallas. No hay gel de baño. La piscina no está mal y tienes un bar en la misma piscina que te sirven lo que desees pero solo pago en efectivo. La atención de los propietarios es buena y son muy simpáticos, pudimos entrar a la habitación antes de la hora permitida. No hay ascensor y hay que subir el equipaje por las escaleras. No tiene restaurante. La zona es buena y un poco más adelante en una plaza hay un bar que te atienden muy bien, gran cantidad de comida a buen precio. Bar los amigos

We kwamen s'nachts aan en ze hadden geen kamer voor ons, ze hadden wel een kleine oplossing, we mochten gratis op de bedjes liggen langs het zwembad. (we hadden de kamer al betaald). Verder wilde ze ons niet helpen

Petit hôtel sympa où le patron est convivial. Vous aurez tout à porter de mains, mer, restaurant, boutiques, bar, sentiers. Confort très correct, seule l’insonorisation est médiocre, et clim bof.

Das Singular, ehemals Casa Bauzá, ist gerade erst frisch renoviert, leider noch nicht ganz fertig, daher war es noch halb eine Baustelle. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bar war allerdings schon fertig und sehr schön. Das Zimmer war auch ganz nett, allerdings war es statt eines 3-Bett-Zimmers eher ein 2-Bett-Zimmer plus Ausziehcouch, die wirklich unbequem war. Es gibt außerdem keine Seife im Bad, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Ansonsten ist der Service allerdings super, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und gut. Empfehlenswertes Hostal in Cala Ratjada!

Wenn man wirklich nur eine günstige Übernachtung sucht ist es ausreichend, aber sonst nicht zu empfehlen. Ob es noch bessere Zimmer als das unsrige gibt, können wir nicht beurteilen. Wir waren im hintersten Bereich direkt neben einer Baustelle untergebracht. Pool und Poolbereich ungepflegt, Wasser unsauber. Frühstück für den Preis angemessen und ausreichend. Aus diesem Hostel könnte man mit viel Liebe wirklich eine Oase schaffen, aber daran ist wohl keiner interessiert, das ist sehr schade.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Bierbrunnen (circa 300m). Sehr gut geeignet für einen Partyurlaub in Cala Ratjada. Nachteil: Keine Klimaanlage. Fazit: Für junge Leute mit wenigen Ansprüchen geeignet.

in der Hinsicht preislich angemessen
für den Preis darf man kein Luxus-Spa erwarten. Es war jedoch alles sauber und mit Check-In/Out gab es auch null Probleme. In der Hinsicht ist das Gesamtpaket für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist genial. Wir hatten sogar einen netten Mitbewohner, er hieß Harald und war ein Käfer. SERVUS

Decent stay for good price
Nonexpensive place to stay, with quite good breakfast that can be eaten by the pool. Overall the hotel looks clean, but our room was quite humid and could smell and see mold in one corner (walls/ceiling). There is no air conditioning or fan, which would be helpful to get some fresh air into the room. I think it was a decent one night stay for the price, but we probably wouldn´t stay there for much longer. It´s close to the city center, parking nearby is also available, but be aware of one ways if driving.

Nice hotel, specially for this price (was very low in comparition with others hotels). There is a swimming pool and BBQ in garden and also playing room / TV next to the reception. Room could be a little better cleaned before our check-in but in generally it was OK... Breakfast included - not sophisticated but we were able to eat at place to have the power for whole half day :)
